I sure hope it gets defeated. Washington State seems to follow everything California does. If it passes I can see our governor pushing this same issue.

Is the anti-Prop 82 group thinking about suing to keep Prop 82 from the ballot? It seems to me that gathering signatures while (allegedly) illegally using funds for an advertising campaign should be a good basis to either move it to the November ballot (when the investigation is complete) or to disqualify it altogether.
