"It's disheartening to know that somebody would do damage like this to a federally licensed facility."He should see what his audience has done to a federally authorized border patrol

We need the FCC to pull their licenses.
Call and write the FCC to pull the plug on these stations who are committing treason.

From the article:
"It's disheartening to know that somebody would do damage like this to a federally licensed facility," he said.
He said he was unable to say whether the damage may be linked to recent immigration unrest throughout the nation. He said the FBI will be asked to investigate.
So because these towers were "federally licensed" this becomes a federal crime?
How sad and despicable! People are forever trying to turn state crimes or local crimes into federal crimes.
Why don't we just give up the fiction of a republic of states and move on to a single state ... or better yet ... a single continent governed by a single set of simple rules that would merely fill the Library of Congress.

I wonder if he was hoping to see some blame shifted to the racist gringos trying to throw the illegals out of the country.

Isn't illegal immigrant the same violation of law as "unauthorized toppling (I love that term) of a federally licensed facility". We want to ignore one but not the other?
I can't wait for our upcoming "tax revolt" being worked out as "guest taxpayer legislation", leaving us years to volintarily become legal, with little consequence.

Wal-Mart & Undocumented Immigrants In March 2005, Wal-Mart agreed to pay $11 million to settle federal allegations it used undocumented immigrants to clean its stores. [CNN Money, Wal-Mart pays $11m over illegal labor, 2005]
Since 1997, federal authorities have uncovered the cases of at least 250 undocumented immigrants who were employed by janitor contracting services and hired by Wal-Mart in 21 states. Many of the janitors - from Mexico, Russia, Mongolia, Poland and a host of other nations - worked seven days or nights a week without overtime pay or injury compensation. Those who worked nights were often locked in the store until the morning. [CNN Money, Wal-Mart pays $11m over illegal labor, 2005] Boycott Walmart. Topple them too. They do everything they can to crush the livelihood of family run businesses. In fact Boycott all of Bush's corporate handlers. I knew something stunk when $81 million dollar Donald Rumsfeld sat down with $130 million dollar John Edwards at the secretive rich man's Bilderbergers club a couple of years ago. As Pat Buchanan says the Republicans and the Democrats are the right and left wing of the same bird of prey feeding on America.

Hey, Tom, looks like they silenced your stupid a$$ didn't they? Guess what you dirt bag, I'm glad they did!! Why don't you take ALL the illegals and go back to Mexico. It's obvious that you have NO LOYALTY TO AMERICA!!

I was expecting, given the title, that some guy they picked up in a Home Depot parking lot to do a little work on the tower had messed up.
