They'll probably bring some raghead that disrespects the National Anthem and depict is as racism when the guy is called on it.

This happened to me many times whilst trying to sell condo-conversions in Shaker Heights, Oh. It really started to P--- me off, as I never failed to be as polite and as helpful as possible. I wanted a commission! After being targeted
several times, I found out the NAACP local number, and told them how much I appreciated their attention.

I suspect that they were hoping that Bill Lester would crash when he raced a couple of weeks back so they could create an issue. When he ran a good clean race they were probably pretty disapointed.
I took a black friend to the race at MIS with me some years ago. He was terrified and thinking that he was walking into the heart of the KKK. By the time we left he said that he had never seen so many friendly people. He takes his family to the races every year now.

Some years ago the company I worked for had "sensitivity training" sessions in which pictures of blacks and latinos were shown with messy hair, wearing dirty clothes or black leather gang style apparel, and in the photos the men invariably had the MEANEST expressions imaginable. Then the real men were revealed in another set of photos-cleancut,nicely dressed and friendly. This man was really a doctor, that one a respectable businessman, etc. The gist of it was that if you had any negative reactions to the first set of photos, it could only be due to one factor:race. The clothes, hygene and aggressive looks had nothing to do with the viewer's reaction. Nope,it was racism, plain and simple. I don't know which was more insulting, the idiotic racist test and it's assumed proof, or the assumption that I was too stupid to see through it. I suppose the greater insult was to my intelligence, but liberals who invent this sort of thing are smugly convinced that they've got the smarts(pah!) and non-liberals are lacking.
Hopefully NASCAR and others will get the word out and turn the tables on NBC. Wasn't it NBC that staged some sort of truck accident for the cameras years ago, for an"expose'"?
You aren't kidding! As a "hick" who spent ten years in Boston, the enlightened northeasterners always shared how racist and backward people from the south were, but were so laughably blind to their own racism.
The most racist? The liberal academics in Cambridge. One of my best drinking buddies up there was a middle aged black guy I worked with (also a fellow southerner). When he and I would go out for beer, shots and pool, we garnered some real interest.
I remember one night, he and I were in Davis square at a bar b que joint (frequented mostly by college types and hipsters) and a lesbian couple at the table next to us kept looking at us and smiling indulgently. You could almost smell the celebration of our "diversity" and multiculturalism (50+ black guy, former boxer and me, short little blonde chick). Finally, my friend couldn't take it anymore, he said, loudly, "Hey, when do you think these two lezzies will quit showing us how much they approve of us?"
The women in sensible shoes were pretty stung by that, but at least they quit trying to engage us in this mutual appreciation society of tolerance and diversity and smug superiority. But it was certainly funny, every time we went out in Tech Square or Harvard, we'd always be surrounded by white, upper class and over educated libs smiling at us like zoo animals. Talk about color blind...
They cant be that stupid to plan anything on the phone.
How about filming a black couple from the south touring New England art galleries? Don't forget the wine, and for crying out, remember to extend your pinky...you'll blend right in.
How 'bout just reporting the day's real life events and not make up stories as you go!

How about NBC following some Christian conservatives around a university for a few days?
Then we should all demand that NBC to have a couple of Orthodox Jews to march in the pilgrimage to Mecca to check the Muslim reaction. Fair and balanced!
