ALBANY - Abusive state Sen. Ada Smith - who faces criminal charges for allegedly throwing hot coffee in an aide's face - was booted off a United Express flight last month after an angry confrontation with a flight attendant, The Post has learned.
Smith, a Queens Democrat who pleaded guilty two years ago to running a State Police security checkpoint and who has been accused of biting a cop and assaulting another aide with a butcher knife, was kicked off Flight 7990 from Albany to Washington/Dulles International Airport on March 11, after refusing to remove a carry-on bag from her lap before takeoff.

I think McKinney is much younger and lighter, probably in better physical shape, has the better reach , but maybe if they gave Smith a baseball bat she could hold her own.
Why waste money? Sounds like she gets free passes all the time.
Any bets how much PROBATION she receives for her current "peccadilloes"...that is a what they call a crime, if they, rather than me or thee, were to commit the same act.
Just the "biting a cop" gig would result in me spending years looking for the rest of my teeth, after "falling down" three fights of stairs in a single story police station.
Keep in mind, the chairman and counsel to the Kings County Dem. Party were both indicted-and subsequently convicted-as well, so this isn't exactly unheard of.

Councilman Alan Jennings is a sexual harrasser.
And of course, there's always Clarence Norman, paragon of ethics and good government.
And they wonder why no one bothers voting here.

Now we have Vito Lopez-an equally corrupt, crooked Brooklyn, political hack as head of the Kings Co. Dem. Party.
The investigation that triggered all of this revolved around the issue of how someone becomes a judge in this borough.
Basically you give a pile of laundered money to your friendly, local Democratic Party leader, and voila!
You're a judge.

Kings County has the highest enrollment of registered Democratic voters in the nation, albeit an insipid participation rate in Dem. primaries, and for good reason.
The only Republican club that I know-two of them used to exist in my neighborhood, before legal trouble forced them to shutter their doors-is in Bay Ridge.
I used to be a member before it dawned on me that the age of the average member was pre-deceased.
There actually is a Young Republican club here-I know one or two members-but I've never really investigated it.
Occasionally I'll get a mailing or two advertising some meeting they're holding, usually at Peggy O'Neill's, a local bar.
