PRAY that this is fiction. . .and fear that it isn't (exceptionally long read. . .but worth it!)

No such thing as time travel. This was probably a demonic apparition.

It's a good piece of fiction, and it touches on some of the main issues troubling the nation today... but it's no match for the end times described in the bible, which are only now becoming clear from Daniels, ans Isaiah visions and Revelations, and are much more terrifying. Islam is the beasts tool, as well as our own disbelief.
Here's a online book, an end time account (36 chapters) based on bible prophacy and how it fits in with events unfolding in the last century up until today, and possibly in the short days and years ahead.
The Last Days of Babylon (the world)
A good read, believer or not.

Yes, I'd say anyone who underestimates the threat Islam presents to the West as a fool, in ANY month. . . .

I can't argue with that. I've spent the last 5 years trying to teach people what Islam teaches. Some people choose to remain ignorant. It too bad, because they will be among the first to die. The wise will know how to survive. It seems western world governments are hell bent on appeasing to the point of surrender.

It was posted on april 1st, 2006 on FR - the three words are "april fools day"
Uh, yeah......all his monthly Messages are posted on the first day of the month. I guess you didn't read the part in my post where I described the Forum participants linking to similar discussions that Simmons has posted on his own website.
Simmons has written extensively on war and culture for decades. This doesn't really sound out of character for him. Besides, Simmons is a lot of things but wild-eyed, cut-up who enjoys writing high satire is not really one of them.

There are many ways the words "april fools day" can be interpreted. You, however, seem unable to grasp the irony. Such arrogance and insolence are as damning and fatal as the words "Pride cometh before the fall"

Your enemy is he who will give his life to kill you,
As every US, Coalition & Iraqi soldier will atest to.
I do sincerely believe that it will, 1 day, be Time for A REAL showdown with Islamic terrorists....some super-big event where the USA & other free democracies will be actually fighting for their lives.

The Bell South Building in Atlanta. That is fiction. It isn't the number one target in Atlanta.

This reads like moonbat gibberish to me. Islam is a backwards culture that has never (or at least not in the past 300 years) shown an ability to build any kind of lasting military or economic power. The only thing they have is the huge amounts of oil money we give them. No, they have something else that you're overlooking, but was clearly spelled out in the piece: 1+ billion fanatical followers willing to blow themselves up to kill you!

"The Bell South Building in Atlanta."
"That is fiction. It isn't the number one target in Atlanta."
He wasn't naming these as #1 suggested targets. He was naming these as places that were hit, i.e. Indy 500, 1:23 into the race.
