Looks like a couple red x's to me here at work. Marking this to see the images later.

I visited the web site last night. Looks like it will be interesting.
I have to admit, I'm a little nervous about going to see this movie. It's gonna bring back some bad memories about September 11th.
But nonetheless, it's a movie that I hope a lot of people will see.

I just hope the movie doesn't make the filthy murderers look like they were 'brave' or 'courageous' for their despicable acts in the name of The Religion of Peace (tm).

There was already a made for TV movie about this flight, so I don't know how this will be any different or provide any compelling reason to go see it.

I'm not going to see it, not because I'm against it but because 9/11 is still plenty fresh in my mind and I'd rather not watch it again.

I'm not opposed to them making the movie, particularly where the script had the blessings of all the families.
I'm not sure I will go to see the movie, though. I still start crying every time I see the images on television and I can't imagine how emotional it would be in a theater with a big screen and so loud.
And I'm too much of a man to cry in public ;-)

I'll see it, but I don't believe Mrs. Fury will.
Will probably go see during the day, as there will be less obnoxious people in the theatre way...

If you don't want to see this movie, that's your choice.
You can rent Fahrenheit 9-11 instead.

Are you saying people are unpatriotic if they don't see this movie?

TV already did it? Well, there you go. That couldn't POSSIBLY be topped.

My husband is of the opinion, and I'm inclined to agree, that it should be shown so people remember what we are fighting for. People need to get PO'd again, hearing some demonspawn saying "allah is the greatest".

Any thoughts on what this movie may do to Bush's popularity?
It should serve very clearly to remind people why we are in Iraq, Afghanistan and don't want to release prisoners from Cuba, etc..
Also, be interesting to see how the media in general react to this compared to Fraudenheit 911...
Might some really good radio and news come from this to spice up the fall elections. We can all be assured a lib is going to blame the timing of the release of this movie on Rove.

I saw the A&E movie about United 93. It provides a pretty high standard for the theatrical movie to compete with, much better than I expected from A&E. No real politics, not a whole lot of embellishment, it seemed pretty accurate to the story, given that we'll never really know all of what went on in the cabin of that 757 during the last 30 minutes before it crashed.
