Alfred Webre

President Jimmy Carter's former UFO guru, Alfred Webre, is still promoting the quest for extraterrestrials – now suggesting it is a matter of spiritual life and death for humanity.

In his new book, "Exopolitics – Politics, Government and Law in the Universe," he concludes that Earth has been "under quarantine" too long from more spiritually evolved "Off-Planet Cultures" – or OPCs, as they are known in ET circles.

Webre has also devised a new SDI plan – but it has little to do with the Strategic Defense Initiative invented by Carter's successor in the White House. This SDI is the "Star Dreams Initiative."

Webre believes that humanity can help leave a legacy of peace and hope to future generations by taking specific steps to end the self-imposed embargo of the planet.

Webre's views have received the support of prominent individuals besides the former president and peanut farmer from Georgia. Paul Hellyer, former defense minister of Canada, is one fan. Another is Bryan O'Leary, former NASA astronaut.

"Much of this book rings true," writes O'Leary. "Certainly, our civilization cannot go on as we have. We will need all the help we can get to lift ourselves out of tyranny, genocide, and ecocide. So why not reach out toward those who are clearly more wise?"

Webre, who has given exopolitics presentations around the world, will give his next May 6 in British Columbia following the debut of a new version of "Star Dreams," a Robert Nichol's feature film about crop circles.

The controversial documentary explains that there have been almost 11,000 recorded crop circles worldwide since 1980, many of them baffling prominent scientists.

Webre's SDI program was prepared through his work as futurist at Stanford Research Institute and as a result of Carter's interest in the subject after he saw a UFO in 1969.

"The goal of the 1977 project was to fill the knowledge gap on this subject but was terminated because of the political climate at the time," explains Webre.

Webre also says that Robert Nichol's film on crop circles will help prepare people's mindset for what he will be revealing after the film during his presentation.

Nichol's updated documentary includes new interviews with researchers such as an investigative reporter, a Native American artist, and a former NASA consultant. The featured "investigative reporter" is Emmy Award-winning TV producer Linda Moulton Howe. She explains that some crop circles in the U.S. have been worth studying because they show biochemical and biophysical changes that cannot be made by hoaxers using boards and strings.

During his film interview, Native American artist Rod Bearcloud focuses on the spiritual meaning of crop circles. He believes that they are sent to us by the "Star Nation people," known in our western culture as extraterrestrials.

In the film, Richard Hoagland, a frequent guest on the late-night talk-show circuit, claims evidence of an ancient civilization on planet Mars has been concealed by NASA. Hoagland was a former consultant to NASA and a science advisor to Walter Cronkite of CBS News during the historic Apollo Missions to the Moon.

Nichol concludes only a minority of crop circles are hoaxed. He explains that skeptics often ignore the more complex formations with anomalies that defy our current scientific understanding.

Perhaps you know, overtaxt,

this is one of those interesting topics . . . which so many are chicken to even discuss.

Yet, once such things become overtly commonly known . . . people will be clammering for information and desperately eager to discuss . . . when it's too late to do much about it--even plan personally.

Life can be so interesting.

The following is a summary of the cattle mutilations . . . it follows at the link a discussion of Mad Cow Disease and related . . . phenomena, events, secrecy etc. . . . interesting.

Oooops. I just realized it's from an unfavored site. Hmmmmm. Guess I can't share it.

Basically it outlines the typical excisions--areas having to do with intake and outgo from an animal.

Still reading the doc . . .

". . . The digestive track also acts as a filter, that absorbs, collects and stores traces of any chemical or toxin introduced. The rectum is a similar filter, as are ears. They store traces of toxins and chemicals like a library. This is true in humans and animals. So far there are no known cases of inherited BSE, but the reproductive system may be a good place to find look for clues on how TSEs pass to the next generation. "

. . .

"An FAA investigator came to Albertville and Cole took him for a ride in his police car. The FAA investigator was skeptical until an un-marked helicopter flew near them. The FAA investigator couldn't believe his own eyes and pulled out a hand held radio and hailed the helicopter. The helicopter pilot didn't respond and ignored demands that he identify himself. This infuriated the FAA investigator who had now reversed his skepticism. He was able to trace the helicopter to Maxwell Air Force Base in Southern Alabama. When he launched an inquiry at the base, he was immediately told to drop it and never talk about again"

When a cow is in trouble, sick or dying, the first thing it experiences is peripheral circulatory shutdown. The peripheral, or outside circulation begins to shut down, this causes an immediate temperature reduction of the affected animals outside skin, or hide. When a helicopter flies low and slow over area pastures and has the infra-red scanner operating, it will notice a cow with a lower thermographic reading than the others in the herd. Find the cold cow, and you've identified a cow in trouble.

Somebody wants to know why that cow is in trouble. Since the cow will probably die anyway, it's a good choice for sample extraction. It's also a good way to narrow down farms that might be affected by disease. This answers the question everybody always asks me: "Why wouldn't the government just go around and buy cows at the livestock sale, it would be cheaper than using helicopters. They could raise their own cattle on their own land and nobody would know about". That was always a hard question to answer, until now.

Evidently, that researcher found that in 90% of the cases, unmarked copters were observed near the mutilated sites within hours of the discoveries.

This is interesting. Not sure what to do with it.

There's also plenty of cases where UFO type craft were observed and absolutely no sound of any copters.

Of course, there are very quiet copters now.

The research about the 112 versions, types of spongiform encehpalitis . . . Mad Cow Disease . . . and the above is more than a little disturbing.

Man, it is bad enough that we have to worry about Iran, now this!

:-D

Hi, Quix, very interesting thread.

How long until Jocko Manning gets back? Even when he does get back, how will the book in his car deal with the problem the television show presents? It's hard to take claims of "scientific findings" seriously when the "scientists" involved can't actually distinguish between a hoaxed or "authentic" crop circle.

Thanks.

I think it's all of the same plan hatched way back even at the time of The Garden. Seduce God's favorite Creation--Mankind--into rebellion and death . . . with plenty of tyranny and torture along the way.

Thankfully, there was The Cross and Resurrection Morning along the way. Now we can be restored to Fellowship with The Father and all that means--

God's
Riches
At
Christ's
Expense.

I'll take Grace any day.

The ET critters--whether in cahoots with demons or demons in bioengineered shells--will perpetuate--as they evidently have with the ruling elite--what the Bible evidently calls the GREAT DECEPTION of the end times--trying to neuter belief in Christ's deity etc. by claiming to have created mankind as well as created all the historical spiritual leaders. They will (& evidently have) proffered a purported holographic video of any such historical events which they wish to provide a revisionist version of.

Thankfully, those who's faith is tangibly real, need not be fooled. We can know--as the verse says--in Whom we have believed that He will keep that which we have committed unto Him--ourselves and all we are and are about.

We can read the end of The Book. God and His Kids win.

ALL CREATION groans--eagerly waiting--eagerly yearning for the manifestation of the sons of God. Whatever that verse means--it means to me that all sin polluted creation is ready to be delivered from the curse of deadly sin--missing the mark of perfection--delivered from pain and suffering--tyranny, deadly death oriented control freak stuff.

For a time, evil will seem to reign completely and totally. But Sunday's comin.' Armageddon will leave the forces of evil totally vanquished. All creation has long awaited that day.

We can have hope in Him Who IS Hope.

But we best walk close to God and be attentive and sensitive to His guidance. Playing church; playing Christianity will not do any longer in this era. Delusion is too strong and thick.

Anyway--imho.

Posts 106 & 109 already posted many excerpts from the book.

The book has plenty of scientifically verified differences between authentic circles and hoaxed circles and between authentic circles and uncircled crops.

The TV shows have all included at least 30-60% disinformation, discrediting stuff designed to belittle and/or diminish credibility of the phenomena.

Please read the book excerpts and then ask whatever you wish. I'll do my best to answer.
