Alfred Webre

President Jimmy Carter's former UFO guru, Alfred Webre, is still promoting the quest for extraterrestrials – now suggesting it is a matter of spiritual life and death for humanity.

In his new book, "Exopolitics – Politics, Government and Law in the Universe," he concludes that Earth has been "under quarantine" too long from more spiritually evolved "Off-Planet Cultures" – or OPCs, as they are known in ET circles.

Webre has also devised a new SDI plan – but it has little to do with the Strategic Defense Initiative invented by Carter's successor in the White House. This SDI is the "Star Dreams Initiative."

Webre believes that humanity can help leave a legacy of peace and hope to future generations by taking specific steps to end the self-imposed embargo of the planet.

Webre's views have received the support of prominent individuals besides the former president and peanut farmer from Georgia. Paul Hellyer, former defense minister of Canada, is one fan. Another is Bryan O'Leary, former NASA astronaut.

"Much of this book rings true," writes O'Leary. "Certainly, our civilization cannot go on as we have. We will need all the help we can get to lift ourselves out of tyranny, genocide, and ecocide. So why not reach out toward those who are clearly more wise?"

Webre, who has given exopolitics presentations around the world, will give his next May 6 in British Columbia following the debut of a new version of "Star Dreams," a Robert Nichol's feature film about crop circles.

The controversial documentary explains that there have been almost 11,000 recorded crop circles worldwide since 1980, many of them baffling prominent scientists.

Webre's SDI program was prepared through his work as futurist at Stanford Research Institute and as a result of Carter's interest in the subject after he saw a UFO in 1969.

"The goal of the 1977 project was to fill the knowledge gap on this subject but was terminated because of the political climate at the time," explains Webre.

Webre also says that Robert Nichol's film on crop circles will help prepare people's mindset for what he will be revealing after the film during his presentation.

Nichol's updated documentary includes new interviews with researchers such as an investigative reporter, a Native American artist, and a former NASA consultant. The featured "investigative reporter" is Emmy Award-winning TV producer Linda Moulton Howe. She explains that some crop circles in the U.S. have been worth studying because they show biochemical and biophysical changes that cannot be made by hoaxers using boards and strings.

During his film interview, Native American artist Rod Bearcloud focuses on the spiritual meaning of crop circles. He believes that they are sent to us by the "Star Nation people," known in our western culture as extraterrestrials.

In the film, Richard Hoagland, a frequent guest on the late-night talk-show circuit, claims evidence of an ancient civilization on planet Mars has been concealed by NASA. Hoagland was a former consultant to NASA and a science advisor to Walter Cronkite of CBS News during the historic Apollo Missions to the Moon.

Nichol concludes only a minority of crop circles are hoaxed. He explains that skeptics often ignore the more complex formations with anomalies that defy our current scientific understanding.

I used to think that this was all harmless without any convincing proof. Then a neighbor who had an apalling history of UFO sightings and abductions sought counsel. She was reading the Bible for the first time, having lived as an aethist for 70 years. In the middle of a battle of opposing forces, I urged baptism. She was baptised, and I concluded that the UFO phenomenon is a demonic lie, promoting heretical cosmology. I spent the next month in hospitals, perhaps as a revenge.

That documentary just blew this whole [cue the On Step Beyond music] "Alien Crop Circle" thinga-mahoozy right out of the water.

Only for the uninformed and not all that perceptive or discerning. The program was full of holes.

Linda Moulton Howe's book is much more extensive in the scientific analysis. She's a quality researcher and reporter.

1. The scientifically verified distinctions between hoaxed vs authentic crop circles are numerous.

2. There's not enough hoaxers and time for them to make all the crop circles--especially the larger more precise and complex ones.

3. The program deliberately held 'the experts' out who were the flakier sort.

4. Essentially, the program used a number of tried and true disniformation strategies to trash the topic. Clearly it worked.

I often wonder about the mind of a person that is able to come up with such disgusting creatures.

Been too long ago in my vast reading on the topic. But I'm sure it's archived at the ABOVE TOP SECRET site. You could search the site.

And The BLACK VAULT should have it archived. He has millions of pages of government docs on the topic at that site.

http://www.blackvault.com/

I corresponded with the owner when he started his site at the age of 16. He's now a recognized significantly older expert on the topic with the most massive database of related government documents on the web.

Certainly there are some significant similarities between abductions and other demonic phenomena.

I do not necessarily believe that, therefore, abductions have no objective reality.

People are implanted with curious implants during abductions.

People do return to their beds with "scoop marks;" babies missing from the womb that they went to bed with; their clothes on inside out; upside down in the bed to normal; on the floor instead of in bed; etc.

However, there are successful strategies to prevent abductions. INSTANT fierce anger and INSTANT fierce praying in tongues both appear to prevent abudctions.

But, to work, either one or both MUST begin at the first HINT of an abduction starting--otherwise, the paralysis sets in and one is helpless and immobile.

I guess I have no need to feel responsible for your seeming lack of quality research on the topic.

That UFO was most likely a doodle bug he saw when tripping. Clearly, doodle bugs are more wise than he.

Will these "off-planet cultures" be classified as legal or illegal aliens?
What kind of multicultural demands will they make on our society?
As if I don't have enough to worry about! Yeesh!

You know, the whole UFO topic is easy to laugh at. The debunkers have debunked a large percentage of the sightings. Yet, there's still that one percent; seen by some highly qualified people whose word is beyond question, it does make me wonder.

How likely is it that we are the only intelligent life in the universe? If there are hundreds of billions of planets as some scientists project, might not one of them be millions of years ahead of us in technology?

Could those beings come here?

I was stunned to see what demons can do. Here is a narrative of part of what we went through. The manipulation of the physical in defiance of science was an eye opener to me.

Eventually, forces pulling in the other direction did similar things, as well. I have read miracle stories all of my life, but being in the middle is different.

I have followed crop circles for a long time. If anyone is not up to date, there have been many fantastic and complicated formations created which defy explanation. Even if you are skeptical, you don’t want to miss this. Specifically the astounding diagram left in a field in Chilbolton, Hamshire, U.K., one just a few weeks before 9/11/01. The terrorists bombing of the U.S. overshadowed this event – and it went unnoticed.

Lucy Pringle’s web page gives you (on the left) a sampling of each year’s crop circles. Start with the year 2001. The months of June, July, Aug, Sept are the best, due to the readiness of the crops to hold the images.

See Aug 2001 – Chilbolton, Hampshire, Aug 21, 2001
An elaborate matrix of tiny 'pixel' squares resembling the 1974 Arecibo radio transmission.

Discussion of the Chilbolton crop formation:

As an aside, I’d like to say that it has been my experience that when I simply look at these more complicated and beautiful formations, I actually can feel a lifting of my spirits. I begin to feel energized and get a sense of well-being.

Why don’t you try it yourself?

Curioser & Curioser as we move through the looking glass.

Just one vote from a long time Freeper here. As someone beyond three score years, never having seen a UFO, and considered relatively well trained (engineering & linguistics) by a couple of universities, I come down on your side.

The issues in play are ultimately spiritual, the signal to noise ratio is appalling in this field with lunatics and disinformation on every front...and yes, a massive deception is coming.

We may not agree on everything, but I do encourage you to 'press on to the mark.' Thanks for your posts.

UFOs have been seen by miltary and commercial pilots, soldiers, businessmen, astronauts. Hundreds of cases are reported every month in America alone.

Some crop circles span hundreds of acres, are incredibly detailed, mathematically complex, and appear in a matter of minutes or hours.

You're kidding, right? No one on a website full of intelligent people actually believes this, do they? Some form of alien intelligence visits earth and leaves no signs of their appearance other than smashing some unfortunate farmer's corn?

People use rope and simple surveying tools available for hundred years, they cause lots of damage to some guy's crops, and that's it. End of story.

If you honestly disagree, why don't you describe what the holes in the program were? What holes are there in:

1) Getting some guys to make a human-made crop circle
2) Bringing in the fake alien researchers and demonstrating that they know nothing by having them fail to analyze the crop circle

The last 20 or 30 centuries shows a steady if uneven progress to solve these problems. The level of tyranny, genocide and disregard for the environment 3000 years ago was much higher than it is today. All this without the help of ET's or "OPC's" as he calls them.

If you think that crop circles are about "smashing corn", you're not being rational.

By simply viewing the photos of the formations, it is easy to see which are made by humans, and which are "other-worldly."

Consider this. One can't even see what they look like, nor get the special events (3-D, brightness, shimmer) unless viewed from high above. That's why the arial photography is so important. The beauty and effect of these formations are lost to anyone viewing them from the ground. And I escapes me that anyone could create these from the ground.

I'm not asking to change your mind on this subject. Just, at least, look at them before you compare them to fields of smashed corn.

Agreed.

The dark side will and can use everything for evil. There is no under-estimating evil. Something evil can be made of ALL things.

Likewise:

Romans 8:28 (NRSV)

"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to His purpose."
