"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!

Thanks, I scoured the web looking for them... still missing three generals that resigned, and the eight that came forward before being gagged by Clinton... but great.

Maybe he is on "ice" until the results of the other show, The Unit, pan out. So far, I really like The Unit.
