On April 7, 2006, David Kendall submitted to Judge Aurelio Munoz in Los Angeles Superior Court, a declaration in the case Paul v Clinton. No mainstream media source has yet reported it, but nevertheless, a trial date for defendant Bill Clinton has been set for March 27, 2007. The judge made it crystal clear to Kendall that Hillary will be required to testify. Their depositions may take place in as soon as 60 days.
Hillary's declaration is incredible. It is almost as if she barely knew Peter Paul, the man who spent more than $1.6 million for her 2000 Senate campaign.
Because Chelsea Clinton was a direct witness to discussion about her dad joining Stan Lee Media after the presidency, Chelsea is being placed by her mom into a very precarious position. She has the legal obligation to tell the truth under oath, but the truth could do serious damage to her mom's presidential aspirations and to her defendant dad in the historic civil lawsuit.
Chelsea was really excited about her dad going to work for the creator of Spiderman, Stan Lee. Peter even discussed a job for her with Stan Lee Media.
"I remember attending a fundraising event on the evening of August 12, 2000 at the home of Mr. Ken Roberts in Los Angeles, California, and a brunch the next day at the home of Ms. Barbra Streisand and Mr. James Brolin. I remember Mr. Paul attending the August 12th event but have no memory of him at the second event. I may have spoken with him but I do not remember any of the statements I may have made to Mr. Paul."
That is just amazing. As I post video and photos below, you will wonder if the smartest woman in the world was taken up in Louis Farrakhan's mother ship and had her memory erased.
Chelsea stayed up late into the night playing Scrabble with her mom and dad discussing how exciting it was for what daddy was going to do after the presidency. At Streisand's, Hillary introduced Peter as the her new best friend and the man who funded the previous night's event. Oh, well, I guess it is easy to forget the man who was the biggest senate campaign donor in history and the one who put on the event that raised a million bucks for her. It was the party of the year, and nothing like the private gala concert had ever been seen before in Hollywood.
What will Chelsea do? She knows she is not supposed to lie, but she is the product of the genes of two of the world's greatest liars in history. We may find out if perjury is genetic.
There was plenty of perjury during the criminal case of David Rosen. I expect it to continue in the civil trial. It should be interesting to see what Streisand says.

Indeed, they are both going to be under oath in a few months in New York. The witness list is extensive and includes Gore and Rendell as well as the Hollywood elite.
She was removed as a defendant, but that will be appealed.
I bet you this gets next to no media coverage. If it gets any, it will be minimal and spun to death.

The only reporting on a trial date set for defendant Bill Clinton has been in World Net Daily, the NY SUN, NewsMax, a minute on Tony Snow, and a minute on Tammy Bruce's show. That's it.
Do you think the tabloid press will cover it when I attempt to serve Streisand a subpoena at a lunch somewhere?
Looks like the judge is about to get some new "girl fiends" or "boy frinds", whatever it takes.

Jim Levin, who is now in federal prison, was Bill's eyes and ears who negotiated the deal for Clinton. Levin had full access to Stan Lee Media offices and had signed a non compete agreement. Despite the agreement, he used proprietary information, flew to Japan, and made his own deal with Oto for himself and Bill. That deal was recorded in Illinois a few days after the election.
When Oto did not come through with the capital that was desperately needed by SLM, the oompany failed. Clinton wrecked his company and cost Peter 70 mil he had in stock.
As I am reading your post I am listening to Matt Drudge's radio show and an idea struck me. Send a heads up to the Drudge Report. He loves to cover news that the rest of the media "forgets".
Chelsea will simply lie under oath as her father did, as he demonstrated to her that it's not only acceptable but there will be no price to pay. Yes, she will lie if necessary and prove the old adage "AN APPLE NEVER FALLS FAR FROM THE TREE"!

So, Doug, what do we know about Judge Munoz who is hearing this case? Is he fair? And MSM will ignore this now, I mean they have the Duke rape case and all.LOL. But come 2007, when this civil case comes to court surely there will be media intrest with the list of folks who will have depositions or testify. And I have always felt sorry for Chelsea. It was none of her doing to be born into a home of chronic liars.
Do you think the case will effect her run for the Presidency? I mean no case would be good for a canidate. But this case could have serious implications about her ethics if it can be proven she lied about her relationship to Peter Paul.

Hillary arranges for Peter to meet with Bill when he lands in L.A. on AF-1. He steps off the plane, and Peter is the first one to greet him. Bill assures Peter they still have a deal and not to worry about what is being said in the press. Peter sends a 55K stock transfer to the Working Families Party in NY for Hillary. That money was never declared.
Gray Davis will also be called as a witness. He was there when the with Peter and Bill and Aaron Tonken. How is it possible to explain what Peter was doing meeting with Bill on Sept. 22 when Peter was publicly disavowed, had $2,000 returned he gave at Spagos, and had official spokesman Howard Wolfson saying they would take no money from him. How do you exlain that?
They are two of a kind. Levin gave a million bucks to the Clinton Lie-brary and was also on the board. I doubt that he is still on the board since he is in a federal prison.

In fact, he did. On July 11, 2001, Kendall accepted service for Hillary in Peter's civil suit. Included was documentation for $1.6 million that Peter spent, including checks, invoices, and bank statements. She had the info, yet allowed her treasurer to file a 3rd false FEC report.
After treasurer Andrew Grossman admitted to underreporting by 721K and paying a 35K fine, he filed a 4th fraudulent FEC report. Spiderman creator Stan Lee is listed as a 225K donor. He confirmed with me on the phone two weeks ago that he gave no money. The campaign knows that. He said it in his deposition an told me he said the same thing to the Justice Department, the FBI, and the FEC. Hillary continues to get away with the greatest campaign finance fraud in history in broad daylight.
I have given info about this case to the RNC and to many GOP elected officials, including DeLay, Frist, and others. I have no answer why the GOP doesn't use this to fight the culture of corruption crap from the Dems.
I don't know too much about Munoz. He seemed like a fair guy, but he should have kept Hillary in the case as a defendant. Part of the problem was that, when Judicial Watch was handling this, they filed a very poorly draw case. Those SOBs really screwed it up. And, they did not spend the millions and millions raised for Peter's case on Peter's case.

There is a great deal of evidence here. Hillary never thought the case would get this far, and I'm sure she thought Peter was going to die in Brazil.
My money is on genetics. Plus, she was raised by two of the slickest liars in history. Genetics and environment... unless she rebells.
Chelsea will say,
"You know honestly, I was a kid in the White House and overwhelmed by so many things happening daily. Thinking back on my past testimony I must say I'm not sure of anything for sure I said. I really couldn't tell you as a kid who I saw and when. It was not about me and I did not pay attention, and frankly, I hardly have a recollection today of anything back then in particular. I wan't a professional politician, just a kid."

Either (a) Hillary Rodham's memory lapses are so frequent that the diagnosis of senility or even frank Alzheimer's can't be far off, or
(b) she's lying an awful lot.
Either way, the case can be made that this woman is unfit for high public office.
