On April 7, 2006, David Kendall submitted to Judge Aurelio Munoz in Los Angeles Superior Court, a declaration in the case Paul v Clinton. No mainstream media source has yet reported it, but nevertheless, a trial date for defendant Bill Clinton has been set for March 27, 2007. The judge made it crystal clear to Kendall that Hillary will be required to testify. Their depositions may take place in as soon as 60 days.
Hillary's declaration is incredible. It is almost as if she barely knew Peter Paul, the man who spent more than $1.6 million for her 2000 Senate campaign.
Because Chelsea Clinton was a direct witness to discussion about her dad joining Stan Lee Media after the presidency, Chelsea is being placed by her mom into a very precarious position. She has the legal obligation to tell the truth under oath, but the truth could do serious damage to her mom's presidential aspirations and to her defendant dad in the historic civil lawsuit.
Chelsea was really excited about her dad going to work for the creator of Spiderman, Stan Lee. Peter even discussed a job for her with Stan Lee Media.
"I remember attending a fundraising event on the evening of August 12, 2000 at the home of Mr. Ken Roberts in Los Angeles, California, and a brunch the next day at the home of Ms. Barbra Streisand and Mr. James Brolin. I remember Mr. Paul attending the August 12th event but have no memory of him at the second event. I may have spoken with him but I do not remember any of the statements I may have made to Mr. Paul."
That is just amazing. As I post video and photos below, you will wonder if the smartest woman in the world was taken up in Louis Farrakhan's mother ship and had her memory erased.
Chelsea stayed up late into the night playing Scrabble with her mom and dad discussing how exciting it was for what daddy was going to do after the presidency. At Streisand's, Hillary introduced Peter as the her new best friend and the man who funded the previous night's event. Oh, well, I guess it is easy to forget the man who was the biggest senate campaign donor in history and the one who put on the event that raised a million bucks for her. It was the party of the year, and nothing like the private gala concert had ever been seen before in Hollywood.
What will Chelsea do? She knows she is not supposed to lie, but she is the product of the genes of two of the world's greatest liars in history. We may find out if perjury is genetic.
There was plenty of perjury during the criminal case of David Rosen. I expect it to continue in the civil trial. It should be interesting to see what Streisand says.
Of course, the president cannot make a business deal and quid pro quo while he is president. As we know, however, it is done all the time. Peter had wanted to find a way to approach a soon to be departing president to act as a rainmaker. I don't like the fact that it was Clinton, but Peter had a duty to the shareholders to try to make the company worth as much as possible.
They did not have a written agreement. They did, however, have an understanding. Ed Rendell, among others, induced Peter to contribute to Al Gore and to Hillary. He also contributed to Gray Davis. Large companies usually hedge their bets by giving to both parties. That group engaged in a conspiracy to take his money with no intent to ever help his company. That is the conspiracy. It was Rendell and his gang who told Peter that the way to have any access to the president was to support his wife. He was told in no uncertain terms that such was the cost of admission. With his business advisor Jim Levin, Clinton actually was responsible for wrecking Peter's company.
Peter will have to speak for himself regarding a "misjudgment" statment. I think the misjudgment was trusting people who came to him and said we need your help in pulling a sting on Castro. At the time, Peter represented six South American governments. He agreed to join the sting and attempt to cause a serious rift between Castro and his Soviet benefactors, who were being overcharged by Castro for black market coffee.

I agree, this goes no where fast. The MSM will never mention it.
Yes, and Travolta is on the witness list. Brad Pitt was supposed to sit at that table, but Travolta wanted the spot (or I think he would not have come). Pitt graciously agreed to sit at another table with his new bride, the one before the African wedding and mohawk hairdo.
You may be right. Heck, I doubt this kid spent much time with either of them when you get down to it. Kids are rather resiliant too. Look at what our schools put them through and they still wind up conservative.

The fax is true. There were actually several of them that came from Rosen. The sending of the additional money is true. The photo on Sept. 27, 2000 is true. Yes, this is what happened. While attacking Peter publicly, behind the scenes they wanted more money and told him everything would be fine.
I did NOT, I repeat, did NOT have Photoshop with that woman!
