The National Voter Registration Act, commonly known as the Motor Voter law, was signed into law on May 20, 1993 after passage by the slimmest of margins. Under this federal law, conceivably, millions of non-citizens and illegal aliens were automatically registered to vote when they applied for their driver's licenses or welfare benefits. The Motor-Voter clearly states that "[e]ach State motor vehicle driver's license application (including any renewal application) submitted to the appropriate State motor vehicle authority under State law shall serve as an application for voter registration with respect to elections for Federal office unless the applicant fails to sign the voter registration application."

The Clinton Administration applied their famous "don't ask -- don't tell" strategy to the Motor Voter law's implementation by warning Motor Vehicle Department employees not to ask if an applicant is a citizen or tell them that non-citizens cannot vote.

Under the Motor Voter law, anyone [Motor Vehicle Department employees included] who "knowingly and willfully intimidates, threatens, or coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any person for registering to vote, or voting, or attempting to register or vote" violates federal law. Hence, the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, visa overstayers and others classified as "refugees" who were granted amnesty or asylum by the Clinton Administration could all have been illegal voters......

How many ineligible voters actually took advantage of the Motor Voter law by registering to vote? In Florida, according to the Florida Secretary of State's numbers, between 1994 and 1998 (the most recent data available), the number of registered Hispanic voters skyrocketed by an astonishing 557%, from 99,000 to 655,000 while the number of White and Black registered voters increased by a reasonable 15 %.

The number of registered Hispanic voters has grown even more dramatically in south Florida. For example, in Dade County, from 1994 to 1998 the number of Hispanic voters grew by 1996%, a nearly 20-fold increase! And in now-famous Palm Beach County, the four year increase was completely off the charts, a 7,220% jump!

While Florida's numerous attractions and climate may have attracted new residents from other states, most would concede that this unbelievable spike in new voters must come mainly from one source -- new immigrants. Certainly, there were resident aliens who applied for and were granted citizenship and, as a consequence were lawful voters in the 2000 election.

Citizenship USA, the Clinton-Gore administration's high-priority immigration program achieved its goal of adding a million new immigrants to the voter rolls nationwide by 1996, waiving citizenship requirements wholesale to sign up as many voters as possible before the 1996 election. But there were tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of ineligible voters who went to the polls and canceled out the votes of American citizens of all colors, races and creeds, men and women, including veterans who served with honor defending our system of Democracy.

How is it possible that the nation is in a frenzy over a handful of flawed ballots in Palm Beach but remains mute to the usurpation of America's most cherished possession -- the right to vote, by hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens and resident aliens?

In the 106th Congress, Rep. Bob Stump introduced legislation to repeal the Motor Voter law. This would be an excellent way to stop the process of registering non-citizens to vote. In the 105th Congress, Rep. Steve Horn introduced the Voter Eligibility Verification Act which would allow states to access a national database to reduce the incidence of non-citizens voting in U.S. elections.

Don't ask don't tell? A relative of mine had a break in and all their important papers, SS, Birth certificate, drivers license etc etc was stolen. She is a legal citizen, went to apply for a drivers license and an ID and she was denied yet she watched as TONS of mexicans (legal or illegal?) were getting drivers licenses with absolutely no trouble!

Time to play hardball with government officials and employees. Elected officials, and government employees who handle the public purse, are subject to a higher rule of law than ordinary citizens. They serve under strict rules, and must abide by certain laws:

ESTABLISHED FACT

Every elected and appointed government official, and government employees---in their capacity as fiduciaries of public monies---are required, by law, to be bonded by state bonding insurance carriers. The express purpose of bonding government officials and employees is to protect the public's money. Each state sets their own regulations, and selects a bonding insurance carrier.

Public entities that mandate bonding include: Municipalities, counties, townships (government employees of licensing agencies, and the like), school districts, ambulance districts, volunteer fire departments, community college districts, public universities, transit authorities, landfills, sewage treatment facilities, public works maintenance facilities, airports.

IMPACT

Taxpayers' concerns center on instances when elected and appointed public officials used government agencies fraudulently, and misused tax dollars to build muster zones for illegals, allowed illegals to use phony documentation to get government benefits, auto licenses, building permits, welfare, food stamps, health care, school subsidies, and other government benefits, to vote in elections, to vote on tax-exempt municipal financing issues, and the like using false documenation. These are examples of fiduciary negligence by a bonded government employee, and would violate the state's bonding regulations, and the bonding requirements of the carrier.

SUMMATION

USING THE PUBLIC ASSETS OF STATE GOVERNMENT---- to pass legislation to allow undocumented immigrants to obtain fraudulent driver's licenses and other government benefits---- IS FIDUCIARY NEGLIGENCE BY A BONDED GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL. MISUSE OF PUBLIC AGENCIES AND PUBLIC FUNDS WOULD INCUR FINES OR IMPRISONMENT UNDER BONDING RULES.

FOLLOW-UP (what to look for)

Now, if a bonded government employee OR ELECTED OFFICIAL had previous financial problems---perhaps a bankruptcy or a job loss for financial improprieties, etc, that would preclude bonding---and if they failed to reveal the info to bonding agents, that would subject them to legal penalties for filing false applications.

Public officials with past financial problems who do not qualify for bonding would have to be tossed out of office.

Now, say government funds were stolen and the public official had failed to get bond coverage; the state would have no way to recover that money other than restitution through a criminal prosecution.

Public officials who lied on bonding applications might be subjected to fines or imprisonment.

If it is determined a public official failed to apply for bond coverage, he/she has broken the law, and is subject to an actionable offense.

I've faxed congress so many times and my senators almost every day. Im am so sick of non-Americans getting away with murder. Why doesnt our govt hear what the American people want? I dont feel like they care or represent the majority of Americans anymore. They are out for themselves and big business. I am sick of reading almost each day of Mexicans killing people due to their driving and drunk driving. This is insane. Deport them and build a wall.
