I'm on the side of reliable facts, whatever those might turn out to be. I don't have to make your false choice.
O'Reilly reported the story on The Factor as well. ....and he's usually pretty careful.
At most they're disclosing where someone was detained. Everyone is making out like the US government is providing realtime intelligence information where the minutemen are.
Not that it's a huge secret anyway. The Minutemen announce it in advance.
But let's all pee our pants anyway and impeach the President, shall we?
Isn't that what we've been doing already? That's what I was asking in my previous post. We've elected Republicans; we have the White House as well as a majority in the Senate and Congress. So what needs to be 'changed from within'? Hmmm? As much as I'd love to be able to do so, I can't very well change Senator Richard Lugar from an entrenched moderate to a principled conservative.
It's the natural swing of the pendulum, IMO. It happens to be midway in its kinetic swing to the right but got stopped by illegal immigration and we can't get it moving again until that problem is fully addressed.
You mean high gas prices are the oil companies fault O'Reilly.
In declining states the leadership intuitively takes the most harmful course of action. The only question in my mind; are the American people ever going to stand up to the nonsense the so called leadership dishes out?
Yes.
We haven't elected conservative republicans to the house and senate. We elected people with an 'r' after their name. We need to step it up and elect people with real conservative values. Apparently, who we elected are the status quo in today's climate. But, it starts at the state level, it'll trickle down (or up) to the presidential level if we have a true majority. Right now, we have a pretend majority. And that's worse than the best democratically held senate from 40 or so years ago. We have to look at our own back yard before we start pointing fingers to the president. He's just a reflection of who we have in congress, who we elected. Look at those links I posted earlier, it's really profound, if you analyze them critically.

has this report be VERIFIED?
The White House has denied it, according to ABC News Radio.
Stuck on stupid.
This is a collosal PR blunder.
Blunder of the highest magnatude.
INCREDIBLE BLUNDER.
I've had threads I posted deleted because they were duplicates and yet we have countless ones on this garbage.
Not that I know of, but it gets the minutemen some publicity especially since the rallies of May 1st have quieted down.
I think it was Sunday and for an hour or so there were no words "immigration" in the most keywords list.
You make sure of that, ya hear?
Yes.
I am going to bed. I woke up to immigration rants, and I guess I will go to bed having read them last. And people may wonder why I don't post much any more. Feh.
Go screw yourself, you weasel.
That is an out and out lie; ABC News said that The White House specifically denied it.
The PR damage is what matters.
You can fight factual information.
But this is politics, the PR Perception is reality.
I think the minutmen have provent their point without room for disagreement.
the bottom line is they have demonstrated the US/Mexican border is wide open with ZERO viable control.
We need a high tech wall along the entire US/Mexican border.
True or not this report is going to do damage unless the WH makes LOUD corrections.
