Tonight's Rally -- 7:00pm Thurs, State Capitol, Richmond, VA
There was a great deal of confusion last night about getting a proper permit in Greensboro. For awhile, everyone thought the rally was cancelled.
According to Lyman, talk show host Alan Handelman came to the rescue. On 101.1 FM he put out the word that the patriots had been denied a public venue because of a permit problem. Then, a furniture store owner changed his mind and would not allow them to hold the rally in his parking lot. The lines were jammed with good citizens offering their place of business for a rally.
After a great deal of public pressure, the furniture store owner relented and said it was okay. The patriots actually set up across the street, because the young, airheaded, tattooed, pierced Marxists were already set up on the corner by the furniture store.
The press came over to the good guys' side and interviewed Jim Gilchrist, Minuteman leader. They also spent considerable time with Lyman and his Spirit of Allegiance pace car. A Detroit Christian station finally heard about the caravan and requested an interview with Gilchrist.
Tommorow they roll into D.C. If you are anywhere in the area, please join the Minuteman Caravan and try to make a difference. If we don't do something about this invasion, what kind of country are we leaving to our kids?
bump
That's it, they could always have the rally at Maymont now that the local wildlife's been, uh, thinned out slightly.

Securing America...good
Increased funding and walls, real good
Deploying some troops I also agree with
50k per incident is plain nuts right off.
You start off with maybe $500 the first offense.
Second offense, $1,000 and a day in jail.
Third offense $10,000 and a week in jail.
Forth offense, get hit with a felony and a 2 months in jail along with a 25k fine.
Fifth offense, 50k fine and a year in jail and another strike on that felony.
Wow. Impressive, NR.
Special ping to post #18 if I missed you on that one.
I'd also like to make that fence a DOUBLE fence.
EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT poster. I especially like, We The People... That'll wake up the tone deaf people in D.C. and any other place that can't hear too well. Lyman is such a patriotic man. We are all beholden to him for what he is doing for our country...
Thanks for the ping!!!
Just got in from work....OY! thought I would have an easy day today....
so much for thinking...
GOD BLESS THE MINUTEMEN AND WOMEN!!!!
Thanks for the update Doug!
Particularly love the We The People petition posted by La Dita on this forum.
Where do I sign???
One more headsup to folks heading down to the Capitol...there's tornado warnings out a few counties northwest (Louisa, Spotsylvania). There's an ugly clump of storms coming in from the southwest that might or might not miss downtown Richmond, so be prepared for some pretty bad weather.
Good luck and God bless! We're with you in spirit even if we can't be there in person.

Print out and sign.
A few hours ago, the Minutemen were walking down the street to the Capitol with a police escort. Lots of wonderful American flags.
