I agree that the laws must be enforced, but the first step is a mental alignment.
We - and Mexico - must agree that the two countries are separate entities; that the border is a real and defined geographic, cultural, linguistic, economic, and political boundary; and that no right exists either in law or fact to cross the border without the consent of the government of either state.

Therein lies the rub. They really, really consider this their country, if you look at their map they basically consider everything West of the Mississippi as stolen from Mexico. Obviously, they haven't been taught the real history of the land.

When you see some of the advocates on Fox they will come out and say there shouldn't be any North American borders and should be free to roam from Central Americal to Canada and back.

The one guy who is the most arrogant of them all -- well almost -- Juan something -- just wrote a book and O'Reilly had him on this week... I can't even watch that guy he's so smarmy.
