The University of Colorado's report on the investigation of Ward Churchill's alleged scholarly misconduct has just been released.
Churchill was found guilty of deliberate false assertions, misrepresentation of sources, and plagiarism.
Among other things, Churchill was found guilty of passing off others' work as his own (plagiarism), but also of passing off his own work as others'.
This "permits the author to create the false appearance that his claims are supported by other scholars when, in fact, he is the only source for such claims"...

His argument, though, provides a nice clear illustration of the leftist belief that there is no such thing as objective truth.
Churchill = Faux Indian and Faux Professor without a single strand of basic morality.
Anyone who was forced to attend a course this A$$hole presided over should sue the University for a refund.
If I had a child who had been assaulted by this freaks phoney credentials in a required class, I would be suing him and the university for fraud.
Is he still on the UC payroll ?

The sad thing is that Churchill is probably right. Ethnic studies departments probably do have "different" standards of scholarship. Which is why they shouldn't be departments.
Looks like the "chief" needs to get a training bra...or maybe a little larger cup size.

Churchill has been having a homosexual/lesbian affair with Patsy Scroeder, former congresspig from Colorado.
In this relationship, he pretended to be a woman and she pretended to be a man.
He quit the relationship when he discovered hers was bigger than his!
