The relatives of the deceased aren't allowing such "desecration".
You'd think they'd be interested in finding out who really killed their relatives, wouldn't you?
Why not? I pay deference to people I trust and give a back hand to those I don't all the time.
It just means that it's an unknown. It takes time to prove something didn't happen.
I'm willing to take into account that one or two Marines snapped...but for the casuality count...I'm starting to think that a couple of Iraqis thought they would detonate the bomb and use the family for cover...and when the marines came around looking for trouble...the bombers used the entire family as cover...so everyone died. To say that a dozen marines snapped...all at the same time....and did this whole episode...I just can't buy that. And the reason for waiting six months to release the story? That doesn't wash either.
Neither can I.
