Bill Sammon's book details how !
If one looks at the election results from TENNESSEE, you begin to realize how irrelevant Florida actually could have been.
Algore didn't even win his OWN HOME DISTRICT.
If he had won hos own district, he would have carried Tennessee, putting him over the top and rendering Florida irrelevant.
Ah luv it here in Tennessee.........
Al Gore tried to steal the election, and was even inept at that.
Read it 5 years ago.
This just in: The sky is blue! Film at 11.
If the DEMS accuse you of doing something, it is what they are doing themselves.
Blast from the past bump!

Yes, they DID try to steal the election . . .
And, as lying cheats often do, they have, since that time, not stopped making their false accusations of charging their opponents with exactly what they themselves were guilty of ...
Imagine if illegals could vote, either straight up, or after becoming "legal." Gore may have won it legitimately.
I think they tried even harder in 04.

"Craziest thing I've ever seen," said one poll watcher. "They had 100 tables and just five poll watchers trying to monitor them. Every table had a pile of empty ballots. If the machine rejected a ballot, the workers would just take a fresh ballot, fill it in the way they thought the voter wanted (Detroit voted heavily for Kerry), and then put THAT ballot through the machine." The poll watcher also reported unsigned ballots being counted in the machines, a violation of absentee procedures.
While many of our Presidents have been in the military, Gore, if elected, would have been the first *enlisted* man -- ALL the others were officers.
Why would Gore, a college grad who was being groomed for future politics, enlist (his Senator daddy was quoted as saying "We raised that boy to be President").I believe Gore knew he missed the officer recruitment criteria -- one could smoke marijuana a few times as "experimentation" and still get a commission, but not if you admitted making it a regular habit.
That the 'Rats tried to steal the election should have been obvious from the very beginning, for the following reasons:
a.) The infamous "butterfly ballot" was approved by ALL parties, designed by DEMOCRATS in Palm Beach County, and if there was any confusion about the ballot, it was confusion which was *intended* by the Democrats. There were no objections to the ballot design from any party prior to the election.
b.) As some may recall, Congress'Rat Bob Wexler of Florida went on camera in the initial confusion to state that "many senior voters were literally crying in the parking lots of polling places, thinking they had cast their votes for the wrong candidate", [paraphrased] and why did those senior voters return to the polling places in the first place?
because of:
c.) Senior citizens voters (among others) were contacted by Democrat-hired telemarketeers operating out of (of all places) Texas, informing them (ON ELECTION NIGHT) that they "MAY" have cast their votes incorrectly due to the confusing design of the ballot, and that IF THEY THOUGHT they had done so, to RETURN to the polling place and demand a replacement ballot.
which begs the question of:
d.) WHY would the Democratic Party have PRE-ARRANGED the calling of senior citizen voters in Palm Beach County Florida on election night, which would have required the hiring of the telemarketing firm, the scripting for the dialers, and most important PAYMENT in advance (because those firms don't just operate on a handshake and a kiss)?
Why? Because the above elements all constitute what is commonly referred to as PREMEDITATION.
It was all part of a carefully planned out Democratic strategy of throwing Florida back "into play" IF it appeared that Bush was going to win the electoral votes at stake. THAT is why the Gore campaign was seeking *selective* recounts (i.e. "cherry picking") in specific counties, rather than asking for a statewide recount.
"Culture of Corruption"?
You need look no further than the Democratic Party and the 2000 Election debacle.
If you loved the book, now read the lastest version of the story in this month's Rolling Stone
They did. Thank God for FR and Jim Robinson.
Old story, but I'm convinced it was Gore's refusal to concede after the machine recounts that transformed the Left into the Loony Left.
If voting made any real difference, it would be illegal.
Of course they planned to steal the election - why else would Gore have had a Daley as campaign manager.
