This is pretty important, actually. "Disinvestment from Israel" is one of the Big Three of the secular agenda crowd who infest the mainline denominations -- the other two being "Homosexual Marriage/Ordination" and AIDS-related agitation.

To have reversed the old policy so dramatically is almost an indication of common sense. An incremental gain, to be sure -- but as the left has shown, a lot of incremental gains translates into huge gains over time.
