Why can't he carpool with Ted Kennedy?
"(The United States) became the target when Abu Ghraib came along," Murtha said.
I guess he forgot about 911...(rolling eyes)
"Murtha" is only the first half of his real name.
Murtha needs to go.
"...was wrongfully covered up."
Is there a correct and proper way for cover-ups?
I'm addressing the grammar, not the BS content.
"(The United States) became the target when Abu Ghraib came along," Murtha said.
How can he square that with the fact there has been no attack in the US since then? Once again Murtha is making things up that make no sense.
I know, I know, the degrees betwixt democrat and an archist are not significant... but still, lets call Murtha for what he is.
Served only one year in Vietnam?
Never in combat?
Intelligence weenie at headquarter?
Hero? Bullshit!
"I think I blew a casket in my depends this morning, ah what the hell, I'm only meeting with the "swimmer" later ,he's used to smelling *hit all around himself anyway"
Doogle
Who is pulling his strings?
ping
He should hang.
This is a descriptor that the press uses like no other. You rarely hear "former soldier" or "former sailor" used in front of someone's name. There are two times the press uses it. The first is when describing some lunatic that has committed a heinous act like Lee Harvey Oswald, John Whitman, and Steve Ng. The other is when someone is criticizing the Bush administration. I guess the press feels like Marine vets are all stark raving lunatics as well as foreign policy experts.
In Murtha's case, the description has slid from the latter to the former, IMO.

Marine or not...somebody should kick his treasonous a$$.
Sooner or later the truth about his military service, his involvement in ABSCAM as an unindicted co-conspirator, and his sneaky little dealings all these years in the appropriations committees, diverting millions to family and friend businesses.
When this does come out, he and the rest of the Dims will then scream it is a smear campaign because of his anti-war stance and he must be getting 'under their skin' for them (the administration) to start attacking him with 'false' allegations.
They are just too predictable.
Murtha "The US Poses Top Threat to World Peace."
Well, well. That should sit well with the voters. If I were his opponent, that phrase would be the opening of my campaign comercials from now on.
