Time to use "Eminent Domain" on the NY Times (submit your suggestions for better use)

Since the NY Times believes it's in the public interest to put us all at increased risk at the hands of terrorists, and since untold millions will now have to be expended to develop new methods to track terrorist financing I think that a New York city location such as the NY Times building would be better used for some other purpose. And it would seem ironic justice if the same faulty ruling brought to us by the liberal judges be used to rid NY of the terrorist aiding Times. So my challenge is (and be clean) what better use should the Times location be put to?

I believe the Times already has used eminent domain to its OWN advantage by getting the city to take over a prime piece of real estate for its new headquarters.

New York City has been trying to install public toilets for years. This might be the solution.

Maybe they can make it a package deal and throw in those big rolls of paper that they'd otherwise waste.

Level it, turn it into a park, and give it back to the Indians for a few beads.

Now I like that idea! What liberal could argue against repatriating land in NY to the Indians?

A replacement for Gitmo, or use it to detain domestic terrorists. That way the writers and editors can stay.

Turn it into a radical mosque.

That way, there won't be as much anti-American activity.

I have been advocating for many months the renaming of Times Square. For such a place to bear the disgraceful name speaks volumes about the people who populate New York.

I thought Rudy Square might be a suitable new name.

It'd have to be filmed in black and white.
