Sullivan said in her complaint that Iyer made “inflammatory comments” by revealing that Michael Schiavo’s care of Terri included words such as “when is that bitch going to die?” Ms. Sullivan demanded that “Ms. Sauer-Iyer should be disciplined for her breach of faith with Theresa Schiavo and with her profession as a registered nurse”.

So now trying to stop a court-ordered murder is an offense. This is sickening.

... Michael Schiavo had falsified his guardianship papers, by perjuring his oath that he had received a degree from Buck’s Community College. The DOH, however, found that in light of this evidence there was “no probable cause” to discipline Michael for these offences, but discovered “probable cause” to revoke Iyer of her nursing license ...

This really stinks - there's a lot more going on here that isn't being reported.

it is amazing how the entire goverment apparatus of the state of florida moved in lock step to see to it that this woman was starved to death, and anyone or anything that got in the way of that, is crushed.

Not surprising Michael Schiavo was a nurse. That explains a lot especially his need to burn the evidence of his foul deeds. Now the murderer has to shutup a witness to his foul deeds so that people will buy his book and make him a millionaire as he portrays himself to the world as a victim. Sick fool!

Hope Ms. Iyer fights back, and will certainly be praying for her. There is one thing that makes me able to stomach what is happening in Florida, and that is the knowledge that Schiavo, his family and friends are going to pay for this someday! The Lord is GOOD!

“Ms. Sauer-Iyer should be disciplined for her breach of faith with Theresa Schiavo and with her profession as a registered nurse”.

Her breach of faith? Is it just me, or does this not make sense at all? No where in my memory is there a time when I pledged, as a nurse, to have "faith" in my patient or profession. This must be something new they are imposing on us.

OUTRAGEOUS.

Alright, Governor Bush, deal with this honorably. And go after the real culprits.

It's a shame thae Michael Schiavo and his ilk got "The Man" on his side which is to the point to where this lady's career potential and well being is jeopardized for her coming out and telling the truth. I don't know how or when but there will be a day of reckoning where these people will end up paying for their misdeeds either by God Himself coming back or right minded citizens saying "no" and "enough" and getting some muscle behind them.

I found the Gazette article this one was referring to. It also has links to the nurse's deposition.

EXCLUSIVE - Schiavo Nurse's License in Jeopardy For Giving Interview

http://www.northcountrygazette.org/articles/062506SchiavoNurse.html

"Iyer had stated in her August 2003 affidavit that "it was clear to me at Palm Garden that all decisions regarding Terri Schiavo were made by Michael Schiavo with no allowances made for any discussion, debate or normal professional judgment. My initial training there consists solely of the instruction, "Do what Michael Schiavo tells you or you will be terminated".

And terminated she was on Aug. 11, 1996, the day after she filed a police report, alleging that Michael Schiavo had injected Terri with insulin in an attempt to kill her. "

Iyer had NO personal interest, why would she file a police report in 1996, while caring for Terri, unless she saw what she said she saw.
