Caltrans ordered a longtime Laguna Beach day labor center to close Friday, saying it was illegally operating on state property, land that the state didn't even know it owned.
The state Department of Transportation issued the order after a Laguna Beach resident who is a member of the Minuteman Project border patrol group checked property records and brought the information forward as part of a protest against the center.

As a minimum it was condoned by the city and probably paid for by the city. This was on Laguna Canyon road near the Festival of the Masters.
I wonder if this was the one closed down?
it never ceases to amaze me that government needs "tips" on where these centers are..holy illegal alien batman, all they have to do is drive around to find them..

LOL! I loved some of the leaders of the ILLEGALS in those street marches
whining about how "our people have been invisible".
I hate to tell them, but I guess I was able to see invisible people.
They clogged the emergency room at Kaiser-Permanente Hospital on
Cadillac Drive when I was working in LA (1995-2005).
