if a pelosi run house doesn't motivate you to vote, i don't know what will.

Amazing. Democrats say the same thing ever election cycle and still the Junk Media treats them as credible.

Club for Growth clearly could care less about the Republican Party, Davis said. Conservatives to Davis - if the Republican party is no better on spending and regulation than the Dems, why would I want to vote for Republicans or Dems ?

Okay, so what took the GOP so long to get their act together? Are they waking up from a deep coma? The base thought they were brain dead. Let's pray that it's not too late.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), a former House member, agreed that Republicans are in trouble. He recently told columnist Robert Novak that GOP leaders are misreading the pulse of voters and could lose both chambers of Congress this year.Graham is the Col. Klink of politics. If he says to cut the black wire, I'm cutting the white one.

It is not supposed to, the Club for Growth is dedicated to a set of principles not a political party.

"The fact of the matter is that they have not spent a lot of time at all in this Congress focused on issues that people care about. "
Overwhelmingly, most Americans DO CARE about immigration, and national security, and the Republican House has spent plenty of time on those.
"For example, Burton said, Republicans have made a major issue out of immigration this campaign season, even though Congress has not yet approved a reform bill.
Theyre waging a single-issue campaign on an issue they dont have any accomplishments on, Burton said"
The accomplishment , Mr Burton, is stopping the Senate Shamnesty Bil cold in it's tracks.
We already have plenty of good laws to deal with immigration on our books.

Club for Growth clearly could care less about the Republican Party, Davis said.Someone is just upset that Conservatives are winning Republican primaries (mostly for open seats) thanks to the Club for Growth.

"We have to raise money to sustain and to win, House Speaker Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.) told a group of reporters after the conference meeting. People are anteing up, and were looking forward to increasing our majority next year.
Nice.

GOP winning plan for 2006 & 2008
[not in any specific order]
1) Close the borders
2) Get out the message about our successes in the war on terror
3) Remind the voters that the world is still a dangerous place
4) Put a plan together to reduce spending
[others are welcome to add theirs]

All the GOP has to do to win smartly, is to START ACTING AND PERFORMING LIKE CONSERVATIVES AGAIN instead of acting like ThugoRat liberals. If they don't they could be in real trouble in 2008.

the HOUSE has actually done an excellent job this term on issues important to us. The Senate gets an 'F', while the White House is somewhere in between. Immigration, taxes, etc, etc, the House has been pretty money.

Nice list, but here is the actual plan:
1. Raise money. 2. Use it to fund pork projects to try to buy votes. 3. Attack conservatives who object to all the spending. 4. Sell out America in attempt to win hispanic vote. 5. Post more "Day in the Life" threads on FreeRepublic.
