'Grope' and 'Creepy'
Sounds like liberals to me -- groping for a coherent thought, and creepy when they find one.

Wow, Mess-NBC really is doing the really intelligent, substance-based journalism here with this kind of thought-provoking coverage. Can these loonies ever get their deranged minds off of whatever it is Bush is doing?? The Middle East is on the verge of all out war and all the vapid class and professional foamers can do is obsess over a friendly gesture by the president? Get help.

Chancellor Merkle did not complain. You bunch of dirty-minded, trouble-making b@$t@rd$!

Where's that video of Bill Clinton groping the stewardess's thigh that was floating all over the internet during impeachment?

If my wife ever saw me doing to another woman what the President did to Angela Merkel, she would cut off some things of mine.

I have to admit, although Pres. Bush didn't have bad intentions, I don't like it when people do it to me. I'm a male. Sometimes when my boss comes up behind me he does that. He actually does it to everybody. He's not gay, so I guess it's his way of saying hello, but I hate it.

It was pretty creepy looking, but could well have been photo shopped or at least edited to be taken out of context.
Ive seen no papers, even German papers making an issue of this.
To the contrary I keep seeing reports on what a great relationship GWB and AM have.
It seems to me that this "incident" is being purely driven by Moonbat websites.

After looking at the video it appears that Merkel was smiling as GWB walked away. Of course the embodiment of hypocrisy, also known as liberals, see not how ridiculous they look by their pretense of acting appalled over a brief, friendly shoulder rub juxtaposed with their silence, and oft tacit approval, of various Clinton offenses directed to the opposite sex.

It's true that the video is listed under those terms...and is described in the title that way. It wasn't entered by MSNBC that way, but by a poster of the
video, who described the video thus:
After stumbling from Putin's smackdown at his suggestion that Russia ought to emulate the democracy in Iraq to babbling about wanting to eat a pig to getting caught on tape cursing while chomping on a roll, Bush channeled the Creepy Guy at Work who gives a female coworker an unwanted massage, much to his repulsed target's chagrin.
While I'm sure Bush meant it in a friendly way, it really is a sign of disrespect for another head of state and for the forum in which they were meeting. If someone had shown up in a t-shirt, would FReepers be saying, "ah, it's just the informal way of that leader"? Would we laugh it off if Chirac patted President Bush on the head sometime?
