Alison Stewart is the too-cool host of MSNBC's 'The Most,' which as its promo page explains:
"Give[s] viewers a look at 'the most' sought-after stories of the day. Every day, 'The Most' will report on the most searched stories on the Internet, the most viewed stories from a multitude of news sources, the most e-mailed stories or photo images, the most downloaded music or blogged-about subject matter and the most viewed television programs or movies."
Ending her show this afternoon, Stewart focused on the brief, joshing back rub Pres. Bush administered to German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Featured at the do-it-yourself TV site YouTube, Stewart wanted us to know that, among the search terms that would return video of the event are 'grope' and 'creepy.'
Question for Alison: ever informed viewers what search terms would return 'Juanita Broaddrick'? Just wondering.
MSNBC-The Most/NewsBusters engine-starter ping to Today show list.
Sounds like liberals to me -- groping for a coherent thought, and creepy when they find one.
Yet the had no problem with Clinton getting his knob polished in the Oval Office. Go figure.
Find Bill Clinton under "Presidential Rapist"
Right. See last line of original item.
Rubbing a she-German is good luck.
Everyone knows that. Or should.
'Grope' and 'Creepy'? I thought you were referring to Olbermann and Matthews for a second there!
Wow, Mess-NBC really is doing the really intelligent, substance-based journalism here with this kind of thought-provoking coverage. Can these loonies ever get their deranged minds off of whatever it is Bush is doing?? The Middle East is on the verge of all out war and all the vapid class and professional foamers can do is obsess over a friendly gesture by the president? Get help.
Going to have to see a pic. Is she cute?
Where's that video of Bill Clinton groping the stewardess's thigh that was floating all over the internet during impeachment?
OH! ROFLOL! Great point!
If my wife ever saw me doing to another woman what the President did to Angela Merkel, she would cut off some things of mine.
It's all about appearances for liberals. Imagine what they'd be saying if she had actually enjoyed it.
As German Chancellor's go, yes ;-)
I have to admit, although Pres. Bush didn't have bad intentions, I don't like it when people do it to me. I'm a male. Sometimes when my boss comes up behind me he does that. He actually does it to everybody. He's not gay, so I guess it's his way of saying hello, but I hate it.
She didn't look happy.
Let me see if I understand this...Bush is creepy for rubbing this woman's neck after a lengthy meeting, but Clinton was not creepy for obtaining oral sex from a girl young enough to be his daughter in the oval office-a girl who worked for him.
Hand her a "Rhinegold" and yell "Play Ball!"
