Neil Abercrombie, D-Hezbollah

As Israel is in the fight for its people’s very survival, Congressman Neil Abercrombie, D-Hawaii, has refused to support America’s important ally over the terrorist group, Hezbollah. On July 20, Abercrombie voted “No” on House Resolution 921 that his fellow Congressmen overwhelmingly approved by 410-8, and the Senate passed unanimously, which summed up by America’s Pro-Israeli Lobby, “strongly backing Israel’s right to self-defense and condemning Hezbollah and Hamas—and their sponsors Iran and Syria—for launching unprovoked acts of war against the Jewish State…and for Hezbollah to be disarmed and for the full weight of American financial, diplomatic, and economic sanctions to be imposed on Syria and Iran.”

KSSK Radio’s popular morning talk show host Michael Perry asked Abercrombie during a rare live interview on Friday why he did not back the seemingly common sense resolution.

Abercrombie said he did not want to back a resolution that “cheered” on Israel without substance. He claimed during this interview with Perry that he has been supportive of Israel with his other votes. ...............Critics of Abercrombie say his record shows he is one of the nation’s most “anti-Israel” and pro-terrorist members of Congress ............................ With his poor record for freedom, for justice and for the American way, its time that Hawaii voters ask who Abercrombie really represents -- the people of Hawaii and the people of America or the terrorists who want Americans dead and America’s allies destroyed.

Why do they allow someone with his record to stay on the Armed Services Committee?

Marian Grey, a Hawaii Kai resident who is Jewish and involved with the local Republican Party, says if the local Jewish community is truly concerned with the survival of Israel, its members must demand respectable representation from all of its Congressional delegation members

I wonder how many of her RAT friends who are now concerned will continue to vote RAT. Probably all.

You can always count on the RATS to back America's enemies.
Saw the fool Dennis Kucinich on Cavuto yesterday, spewing out his normal pro-terrorist crap calling for a "ceasefire", in effect leaving Hizbullah in eouthern Lebanon and armed to the teeth with over 10,000 Katyushas.
With moonbats like Kucinich and this guy here in positions of power in the RATS Party, it's no surprise we keep clobbering time come every election time in November.

Hawaii Kai is the surburb I was born and raised in. Nice to see that there are people living in Hawaii that aren't liberal morons.

Neil Ambercrombie should of been tossed out on his ass decades ago. The man is pure slime.

Dodd Promises 'Bruising' Fight Over Bolton
Reuters

WASHINGTON (July 23) - Democratic Sen. Christopher Dodd of Connecticut on Sunday promised a bruising fight in the U.S. Senate against confirming John Bolton to be the country's ambassador to the United Nations.

President George W. Bush bypassed the Senate and installed Bolton into the position last year when lawmakers were on recess.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee scheduled a confirmation hearing on Bolton for Thursday after Ohio Republican Sen. George Voinovich, who previously opposed the nomination, expressed support for Bolton.

"This is going to be a bruising fight," Dodd said on CNN's "Late Edition" program. "I'm sorry the administration wants to go forward with this."

He argued that problems Democrats had raised last year were not resolved. They blocked the nomination amid accusations Bolton in his previous job as the top U.S. diplomat for arms control had bullied intelligence analysts.

He was placed on the Armed Services Committee precisely because of his views.

This jerk may have a Ph.d but he is still a horse's ash. He and most other rats don't understand that we have in a life and death fight and Israel is on our side fighting our common enemy the terrorists.

I have seen this guy. He couldn't handle a "bruising fight" is his opponent had both hands tied behind their back.
He'd be better off saving his "bruising fight" for Hizbullah.
My message to him is "Bring it on".
We need another issue to energize the Republican base in November, and the RATS are always so eager to give us what we want.

I believe Hawaii Kai & Kailua-Kaneohe on Oahu, Maui County, and Kona on the Big Island are pretty solid Republican. It's Honolulu and Hilo that tilt Hawaii Democrat. You're right that the Democrats that Hawaii elects are pretty awful. Even Sen. Daniel Inouye who should know better has become a real disappointment.

Now wait a minute. You can't expect someone who lives in God's condo on earth, those warm trade winds blowing through his hair, his fingers sticky with poi, Hawaiian guitar strumming gently...........to vote reasonably!
