Political commentator Ann Coulter is taking on former President Bill Clinton's sexuality.
In a taped segment on Tuesday night's edition of CNBC's "The Big Idea With Donny Deutsch," Coulter said that she believes the former president's behavior shows "some level of latent homosexuality."
To talk about Clinton's horrific and destructive policies, political decisions, or the suspicious circumstances surrounding so much of his past (the violent deaths of so many people close to him, Vince Foster, the Mena Airport, etc., ect.), is one thing. The latter subject especially would be truly controversial and balsy.
Instead Ann remains conventionally "controversial" and "balsy" with comments like this "latent homosexuality" observation. Worse, she then gets cheered on by lumpheads who enjoy the instant gratification of any insult directed at Clinton, who is certainly a worthy target, but worthy of much cleverer and profound insults than this low-class slam. Shut up and focus on politics, Ann, 'cause you ain't doing Republicans and conservatives any favors by stooping to this pop psycho-babble crap.

I agree that she's doing herself a disservice in terms of credibility with stuff like this.
Although it, no doubt, helps her at the cash registers.
