I really doubt anyone with any sense has either consciously, subconsciously, or unconsciously equated Hillary Clinton with "sexual" power.

Look at the sternocleidomastoid muscles defining her neck. Those are only seen in very thin, even emaciated people. But her tits remain substantive. Heh-heh! I'll bet you're the only person to ever use the words "sternocleidomastoid" and "tits" in the same paragraph!
