This is not a big discovery per se, just very wierd.

The photo of the man holding the toys: The background is a pile of rubble yet the man is holding a doll that is in perfect condition..hair and body with the exception of missing arms. The stuffed toys are perfectly clean and crisp looking to have been found in rubble.

Please help get a picture out. It's the picture of a mom holding her baby in a waiting room or something where it is speculated that mystery black man is also in the same picture. See Hot Air, I think, for the picture. I don't know how to post it. In any event, here is why it is important.

I've scoured the other pictures of the purported shelter and especially those which arguably contain our mystery Black Man. I was looking for something approximating the blue draped over his shoulder. Having three had 3 kids of tender years I noted the baby blue color and the very soft texture of the garment draped over black man's shoulder. In any event, while scruitinizing other pictures I came across one taken of a woman holding her baby in the waiting room or whatever it was. Not only does the Blue match up, but the texture matches up. And as a bonus the white matches up also with Mystery Man’s collar. I recall that someone kept reading 225 or something like that indicating that the white was too white, pure white. Well here it is and its crisp white because mom’s always insure their baby’s wear the cleanest cloths and because baby’s aren’t running around getting their cloths dirty. Indeed, what is odd about mystery black man’s white and blue wrappings is that they are out of place clean.

I won’t speculate at this time, the fact that it is a mom/baby that is possibly photoshopped out may make the fact of this photoshopping in a bit more interpretable. In other words, the why of the matter may become clearer.

I don't think that this one qualifies as a fauxtograph. The lighting and shadows seem consistent. Homey's slightly distorted, but I would expect that at the edges of the lens' field. I messed with the contrast and couldn't find any edges around him. The only thing that stands out to my eye is the object or structure that's behind his head; however, it too seems to be lit in a manner consistent with the rest of the scene. I just can't figure out what it is.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Hot Air"; there isn't a member by that name; and a google turns up way too many hits to even begin checking them all out.

Go back to the picture you found, and [Right Click] on it, and choose [Properties]. Highlight and copy the URL it shows on the Properties box: MAKE SURE you get the ENTIRE URL; sometimes it is so long that as you highlight it, it needs to scroll to the rest of it. HINT: It will end with either ".jpg" or ".gif", which MUST be included.
