About the Petition: It contains more than 55,000 pages
It is so complex that even those who wrote it dont fully understand it. The it is the federal tax code, and more and more Americans are demanding that the time has come to abolish the IRS in favor of a Fair Tax system.
Okay, if you actually believe that you can exist on spending less than the 12K/year or whatever the poverty level happens to be. Good luck...
It's not clear what you're babbling about
Don't lie. The massive new federal tax you're promoting is on retail sales of new items.
If a recipient of your welfare scheme uses his monthly dole at the Salvation Army store, he pays no tax. If he goes back to Mexico for a month and spends his NRST entitlement check there, he pays no tax. And when he gets back, a fresh new NRST entitlement payment will be waiting for him.
By your "reasoning", food stamps are tax refunds.
The nrst has a characteristic that it exempts a certain level of spending. It doesn't matter if the spending is on books (hint hint) or salvation army socks.
sorry, but I am just being realistic....it ain't gonna happen.....

Until I can tell you've looked at it, I'll keep posting it to you. It will make you feel really foolish.
Whether it occurs or not. Whether it's taxable or not. The dole goes out regardless.

lol
Actually it is a great deal larger number than that. Several million in fact when you add up all the organizations, such as the Farm Bureau, which have endorsed and are actively pursuing enactment of HR25, the Fairtax Bill.
Don't call a welfare payment a tax refund.
Strawman by proxy.
I have visited the website before. OK, let me rephrase the question. Realistically speaking, what would it take to eliminate the IRS and institute the Fair Tax? They aren't going to change the tax code just because even 700,000 citizens sign a petition. I'm not sure they'd change it if 7 million signed it.
Godwin's Law plus Tax Protest crack-pottery.
How much of a welfare payment did you get last April?
You're getting the EITC?
You call it a dole when it goes to Bill Gates and you call it a dole when it goes to Joe Wino. What do you call it when you involuntarily pay into a retirement system and the proceeds are used to dole out political favors instead of being saved for your retirement? What do you call it when you involuntarily give up your income because some manufacturer wants tax credits for his new solar heater? What do you call it when all of your financial records are open to an organization with over 100,000 employees?
Sounds like the NRST taxation of money spent from retirement savings in order to create the largest entitlement system in history.

Look at the data. It always occurs.
You still haven't looked at it, have you! It's plain as day. I'm beginning to feel sorry for you.
