I can "prove" what I say, better than Simcox can.

People who were there, people involved, people whom he has NOT run off....yet, say that much of the things that Simcox claims he used the money to buy, wasn't bought at all, but donated.

Every charity, every company, every person must complete and send in paperwork to the IRS; for instance. Simcox hasn't done it and neither has anyone now working for him. He is on his SECOND extension and FYI....only two extensions are allowed. He just said that he has complied with everything he was supposed to, in a timely manner. That it not so.

I don't have to be there. The man who owns the ranch, where that wee, teensy 2.2 acre CATTLE FENCE was built, has said that wires have been already cut, several times, and that Mexican cattle have gotten through. If cattle can get through, so can people.

Simcox didn't start the MM movement; he was one of a few people. Didn't Gilchrist actually start it; or wasn't he at least in consort with those who did?

Simcox didn't have a thing to do with the BP. Simcox's whole shtick is building an "ISRAELI STYLE FENCE" all across the border. He hasn't done that. As a matter of fact, he's now called that 2.2 mile long, five strand wire fence A SYMBOLIC FENCE. Symbolism over substance...as Rush says.

If you don't know what a 2.2 mile long cattle fence, which merely replaced an OLD cattle fence, has to do with anything, then it's no wonder why you don't get any of this at all.

O'Reilly did NOT prepare for this at all and he treated Simcox with kid gloves. It was a ridiculous, worthless segment.

EV-entually, this IS going to hit and hit big. Sadly, Simcox's drooling sycophants will scream and cry and claim that it's no fair, that the President went after him, that everyone who sees things for what they are, are unAmerican and worse. When, in fact, Simcox and his enablers are the ones to blame for this mess.

Simcox LIED to O'Reilly....BIG TIME! No mention of the TWO extensions, LYING about the caging company, lying about spending money on things that were DONATED and NOT bought.

This entire segment was disgusting.

Yep, nary a word about ANY fence at all; not a cattle fence, not the SYMBOLIC FENCE, not even that "ISRAELI STYLE FENCE, which Simcox is still trying to get 55 MILLION dollars to build, whilst he has NO PLACE to put it.

Personally, I rarely watch O'Reilly because I can't stand him. I watched tonight to see if he would put any heat on Simcox. He didn't.

I can't believe he let the entire segment go by, without mentioning the main vehicle that was used to raise the money.....the fence.

Like you, I don't care for O'Reilly, but I watch him when I know who the guest and/or topics are going to be and I'm interested in the person/topic.

He REALLY dropped the ball tonight, re Simcox.

That was glaring. Not one word on the fence. Let me say that was done on purpose.

It was even worse than "glaring" and of course no mention of the fence was on purpose! So was handling Simcox as though he were a precious, very fragile object.

Yeah, you're right, there is no other possible opinion to have. Either Keyes and Simcox are heroic saints or it's an open borders free for all. Thanks for crystallizing that.

I wonder whether Mr. Seper has taken a look at American Caging itself, especially the management.

Doesn't Simcox or his handlers care who is collecting and managing MMCD's donation structure?

They all seem to be talking out both sides of their mouths.

When you start putting forth solutions to stopping the invasion of illegal aliens, I might pay attention to what you post. Until then I have no time for you, or your adjenda.

Will you send me money too?

I can talk a very good line; even better than Simcox can. :-)

EV-idently, Simcox has nothing but complete confidence in his caging company and every other octopus armed company that he is using. He told that to Bill O'Reilly tonight. Of course, he also did NOT tell Bill that he was on his SECOND IRS extension, but did tell him that he would be getting the audit to the IRS "on time or BEFORE it is due". Since his figures were due a long time ago, this statement was patently ridiculous.

Please listen. This is not as much a border control issue as it is an accountability issue. The majority of people here at FR are very concerned about the border and the protection of it. The issue HERE is whether good, Patriotic citizens are being taken for a ride.

This just in, linked from the front page of the MCDC page...They've got themselves a Minuteman Protection Program, whatever that is.

http://www.minutemanhq.com/usjf081506.php

Dear Supporters and Allies of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps,

It is an unfortunate fact of life that some conservatives are jealous of the success of others. These individuals believe that somehow someone else has received credit for ideas and projects that they would have come up with, or executed, if only they had the resources, and the credibility. They are angry that someone else has “invaded their turf.” It doesn’t matter that the successes of others are a result of the other’s creativity, hard work, and persistence. It only matters to these individuals that someone else is receiving credit and they are not.

I have seen this happen in other causes, and organizations, before. The jealousy leads to the spreading of innuendo and malicious gossip through third parties and media friendly to those who are, ultimately, willing to destroy other individuals and organizations just to somehow try to further their personal agendas, and to benefit themselves.

Such is the situation that MCDC finds itself in. It is being attacked by a reporter, with unnamed sources that he refuses to identify, and distorted and falsified accounts of past conversations or interview demands, presenting a variety of unfounded, untrue, distortions and allegations against MCDC. This reporter works for a newspaper whose owner has ties to the Bush administration, and to the Bushes personally. I know from personal experience that this same newspaper has been used to carry out political vendettas by one group of conservatives against another in the past.

As many groups do, MCDC is applying for non-profit status with the federal government. Due to this, and as a result of internal decisions to be as open as possible about MCDC’s finances, MCDC is undergoing an independent audit. The results of the audit will be filed with the federal government as part of the non-profit application process, and, as a result, will become a public document, available from MCDC upon request. However, until the audit is done, which it is anticipated will be completed within recommended governmental timelines, on or about November 15, 2006, MCDC has been counseled by its audit manager, Douglas White, Certified Public Accountant and founding partner of Polan, White & Associates, PC, not to release any financial information publicly.

The reason is quite simple: releasing part of the organization’s information could be misleading as to the whole financial picture of MCDC. If, for instance, relatively few contributions were received during one period of time, or one specific project, information about which was revealed, as opposed to other periods of time or projects also covered by the audit, it could appear that MCDC was not being forthright about the contributions being received. Then, when the audit is released, that partial release of information could be used to attack MCDC by those who seek to destroy it. Those who wish to harm MCDC do not care about the truth, they care only about how they can manipulate a media situation of their own devising for their own advantage.

Therefore, when you read or hear stories being spread by other so-called allies in the fight to protect our borders attacking MCDC, keep in mind the damage that they are doing to the cause and think about how they might be maliciously trying to benefit themselves, to the damage of our secure borders movement, and the national security and sovereignty of our country.

General Counsel, Minuteman Civil Defense Corps Gary G. Kreep

Must be some serious hurt going on in the fundraising department for this to be put out.

The Kreep uses responseenterprises for donations so I'll take a guess who and what is directing this new effort to persuade the good Minuteman that all is well.
