Americans throughout the land were moved to help in any way they could - sending donations and aid and volunteering to meet the needs of our fellow citizens.Yeah, and has any gratitude been shown? All we hear is griping from New Orleans politicians and residents about how we don't care about them because they're black and nobody's doing enough.
I tell you, I am so disgusted at the ingratitude of New Orleans people toward the private citizens who have so freely given of their money and time (many taking time off from work without pay), I will really think twice about giving money or time if another disaster should hit in that area.
It's great to help people if they show even the least shred of gratitude, but when all you get is anger and scorn, why bother? (I know, I know--Jesus would say, help those in need anyway because you're doing my Father's will.)

Senator Chappaquiddick: "Katrina One Year Later" One year later, and the ehruhma corpses are still stacked up in the Superdome, and there are still people ahhh erh uhhh stranded on their ummma rooftops in the ehrumma lower 9th ward because George Bush LIED and people DIED. Ehrumma and furthermore, I ehr umma vistited ehra several establishments in the ehrumma Bourbon Street district. Which I found to be awash in a toxic soup of Ehrumma contaminated ice-cubes.

One year later, families in New Orleans are still waiting for trailers to live in and for demolition and clean up crews to clear their neighborhoods so they can rebuild their homes.
Why are these families waiting cant they get together and do their own demolition and clean up did they all break their arms or something lazy bast#$ds.

Senator, why don't you use the Big Dig as an example of your success?

And fat a$$..
- One year later, crime in Houston has sky-rocketed
- One year later, thanks to those maggots who did return to NO, they had call out the National Guard to help the cops as crime once again sky-rocketed in NO.
- One year later, some NO evacuees are still living in New York hotels and refuse to move out.
- One year later, Nagin still doesn't have an evacuation plan.
- And one year later, Gov Blank-o has a new $600,000 office thanks to OUR tax money.
- One year later, you're still a drunk
- And ... One year later, Mary Jo is still dead.

One year later, hundreds of thousands of families from New Orleans and the Gulf are still without jobs and unable to return to their homes. One year later, the administration has used less than half of the $110 billion in federal aid approved by Congress to help people rebuild their lives.
One year later, families in New Orleans are still waiting for trailers to live in and for demolition and clean up crews to clear their neighborhoods so they can rebuild their homes.
One year later, half of the city's hospitals remain closed and less than half of the New Orleans public schools plan to reopen this fall.
One year later, the levees are no safer than the day Katrina hit.
It sounds like Louisiana's Baghdad. Doesn't the DNC Cut and Run policy apply here Ted?

One year later no one came to wipe their behinds for them.
One year later no one came to tell them to breath.
One year later no one came to tell them when you put your shoes and socks on, you don't do it in that order.

The swimmer opens his mouth and spews his liberal garbage again, trying to look "compassionate" to his base. I am sick and tired of the liberal left trying to get more people living on the government's nipple, rather than helping them back onto their feet.
The people he is talking about are professional leeches who drain all taxpayers, rather than being productive. There are many hurricane victims living in Texas who are working and paying taxes, not waiting for a government handout.

Katrina damaged 90,000 square miles, an area the size of Great Britain.
New Orleans a crack haven of 500,000 people.
Lets reelect the cable man, he didn't kill enough of us, he'll do better next time.
He's the fruit loop of the chocolate city.
