After three years of Democrats and the news media smearing members of the Bush Administration, it appears that Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) conspired with Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame to use the justice system to attack members of the Bush Administration, said New York's top talk show host and former Reagan Justice Department chief of staff, Mark Levin.
Levin was referring to an editorial in the Washington Post on Friday that said:"[I]t now appears that the person most responsible for the end of Ms. Plame's CIA career is Mr. Wilson. Mr. Wilson chose to go public with an explosive charge, claiming -- falsely, as it turned out -- that he had debunked reports of Iraqi uranium-shopping in Niger and that his report had circulated to senior administration officials. "He ought to have expected that both those officials and journalists such as Mr. Novak would ask why a retired ambassador would have been sent on such a mission and that the answer would point to his wife. He diverted responsibility from himself and his false charges by claiming that President Bush's closest aides had engaged in an illegal conspiracy. It's unfortunate that so many people took him seriously."
Levin said he wanted Sen. Schumer to appear on his show to answer questions about the special prosecutor's case and what transpired between New York's senior Senator and Wilson and Plame. Schumer did not respond to Levin's calls. Mark Levin complimented the Washington Post for its honesty in reporting the outcome of the three-year long investigation into a non-crime. Unfortunately, few media outlets are reporting this story.
Levin cynically said that the Democrat Party will now look for something else to harp on. For instance, Democrats are calling for a Senate no-confidence vote against Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. Levin said that this is how the Democrats show they're tough on national security, by strategizing how to attack the Defense Secretary.
Mark Levin is a national treasure.

On this topic, anybody catch Hannity & colmes little discussion of the Washington Post article? Colmes and the RAT spokesRAT shouted down the other guys and wouldn't let them speak. They couldn't defend wilson, so they went into foaming hysterics to keep the truth from being heard.
So that's it? Three years of this nonsense and now an establishment MSM leftie rag says it was all on Joe Wilson? Are we supposed to 'just move on'?

Oh how I wish The Great One would out Schumer for his treacherous misuse of the Justice system ... and Chuckie PigBreath sits on the Judiciary committee all high and mighty as a prime example of democrat treachery to empower democrats at ANY COST TO THIS NATION and THE NATIONAL UNITY. If America votes the democrap party into power over our Congress ('our' meaning we the people), we will deserve the horrific consequences which will undoubtedly follow, though our courageous military people will not deserve the hideous spectacle of deceit which will ensue via democrat reallocating funds to social programs and pork for pissants in Red states and the determined impeachment of the Commander-in-Chief the courageous military have served so honorably during the past six years on our behalf. What a sick degenerate country the democrats have accomplished with their liberalization and leftification. How very diseased it will become under their future control.
Senator Schumer is not subject to the rules of common decency. He is one of our overlords. He is more "special" than ordinary little people. He does not have to answer for his wrongdoing or any damage he may do to decent people.

Mark Levin is an oratory national treasure. I love his style of speaking. I wish our GOP Senators and Congress persons has his oratory skills. By the time he finishes his oratory, my BP is up and I am ready to rumble.
We need a "special prosecutor" for Chuckie Shumer.
Not another special prosecutor! All they do is try to catch people in perjury traps. A regular old prosecutor would do. Or maybe an enlightened electorate could vote him out of office.
