The law gives him a presumption of innocence. Besides, we don't know that he killed a cop. His surgeon might have done that with a bungled job.
This is for the courts now.

Not only that, he shot THREE State Police Officers. TWO OF THEM FROM BEHIND. Then he surrenders when he is surrounded and he realizes his only other option is a shootout that he WILL lose.
POS? Yep. And a coward. A yellow coward.
I was sorry to hear he was captured alive.
Good news is the SP says they are going to be arresting those who helped him while he was scurrying around like the vermin he is. I am not a lawyer, but it seems reasonable to me that anyone who helped hide this piece of debris is at least partially responsible for the murder of the SP officer who was killed.
