It's *exactly* "Islam" that those terrorists *use* to justify all that they do. And she's saying you can't refer to Islam when talking about those terrorists or when trying to explain to the public what these terrorists are all about.

I think you have Feinstein and Feingold confused. Feingold is a "he", but only in the strictly technical anatomical sense.
It's Feingold, not Feinstein - not that it makes much difference... they all sound the same after a while.
