You don't see any difference between an internet gambling site being use as a money laundering mechanism, and the site itself actively funding terrorists? We've seen basically the same thing with Hillary using cattle futures to launder illegal campaign contributions from Tyson, but I don't remember anyone proposing outlawing commodity futures trading as the way to stop it.
