Best to learn the true extent of this scandal asap, rather than to let the Rats make up stories. Did physical molestation take place? is what needs to be learned.
I wonder what ever happened to that Dem congressman who had $90k in his Capitol Hill freezer? Or the one that hit the Capitol Hill police officer? Or the one that hit the barricade at 2am on his way to a vote? Or the one who's girlfriend was found in a Virginia park? Or the President that used his influence to get an intern to have sex with him in the Oval Office?
Oh you troublemaker
Dems have special immunity, yaknow. it was granted when the Senate refused to try clinton for sex crimes.. and would not even look at all the boxes of evidence gathered and hidden away in the basement of a congressional building..
If repubs have anyone to blame for their karma, it is themselves. when golden opportunities are squandered as they were and are now being, the rules no longer apply to that side that was initially granted a pass.
He could not be blamed - he grew up poor, so it wasn't really his fault.
Or the Dim congressman that had relations w a Page and kept getting elected and is now receiving a pension (see below)??
Not that it makes it right that those doing wrong-doings are Pubbies, but if the Dims want to discuss the 'culture of corruption' - they are way out ahead:
Since 1975 - Bad Boys (and girls) of Congress:
Dems - 56
Repub - 25

Gerry E. Studds
Democrat, Massachusetts (1973-1996)
The Honorable Gerry Studds, the first openly gay Member of Congress had an affair with a 17-year-old male Page in 1983. He never apologized and was censured by the House of Representatives.
Studds stayed in Congress, and was re-elected time and again by his constituents in Massachusetts.
Contrast this, what Hastert is doing, to what the Dems in the Congress did when the bent one was involved in his sordid affairs.
You forgot about the one who's boyfriend was running a brothel our of his basement. Or the one who made some nice cash by having ghost employees on his payroll Or the ones who made pocket change by cashing in unused postage stamps. And how can you possibly forget the one who killed a campaign worker by letting her drown in the back seat of his car!
