Yep, I guess the "vote for anyone with an "R" after their last name because if you don't we will get a liberal Supreme Court" cheering section will be along at any moment to 'splain. Uh-Huh.

Are you willing to use the threat of government police, court, and foster care action to force your anointed educational philosophy on other people's children?

Yes. I am willing to force education under threat of government action. The survival of our democratic republic depends upon an educated population. There is a long history of mandating just such requirements. It has been this way since the nineteenth century.

People may be reading too much into this. I can't tell for sure but the article indicates the Court just refused to grant cert. (ie. accept the case for review.) If so, then the Court is not passing on the merits of the case. Who knows, maybe the Court is waiting for a case with better facts before addressing this issue, perhaps a case they know is already working it's way through the system. There's no way to tell, one way or the other, merely from a refusal to grant cert.

They're off attacking Christianity. The fact that there is no separation of mosque and state doesn't stop them from supporting islam.

Oh that's right! Silly me, I forgot...that law doesn't apply to Muslims...like so many other laws.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Are you deliberately perverting my point? Is this a calculated strawman or red herring? Where did I argue against universal K-12 education?

My question was, "Are YOU willing to use the threat of government police, court, and foster care action to force YOUR anointed educational philosophy on other people's children?"

So...are YOU willing to use government force to impose YOUR anointed educational philosophy on other people's children? If you are, then don't cry when other politically powerful groups attempt to impose their will upon YOUR children.

I plainly stated, "Solution: Begin the process of privatizing universal K-12 education."
