It's tough to lift a 30 kilo bale of cocaine over a 16 foot tall fence. Use a catapult.

Until that happens, Mexico is going to continue to export its poor. We may as well annex Mexcico and be done with it. Everyone would be better off....except the Mexican aristocrats who control the government there, but I expect they'd do all right.

This is precisely the type of arrogant, outrageous behavior that proponents of conservative immigration reform should do all in their power to make known to every American.
They've got some nerve doing this, and what Haster and Frist should do is call back Congress just long enough to pass a new bill that starts construction of the fence immediately. And when Democrats protest, they should correctly accuse them of being stooges for the Mexican govt.

Exactly. And if we actually had good neighbors to the South, then this wouldn't be an issue.

And who would make the best VP for Bolton?
The one, the only, the best damn SecDef in history, I give you Donald RUMSFELD, for VP!

We'll make a deal with you, neighbor Mexico: You take your 11 million illegal aliens back and we won't build the fence. Capiche?

He said the fences would hurt the bilateral relations. "Just the idea of a wall, a fence ... is an insult to good neighbors."
LOL - how do these guys say stuff like that with a straight face?

Who cares what those yapping chihuahuas in Mexico City think? Perhaps the ruling politicos ought to worry about reforming their little cesspool; the safety valve they've counted on for so long is about to get welded shut.

That helps explain why the coyotes and illegals are always cutting and tearng down fences! It must be an insult to them!;^)

"Good Neighbors" don't tresspass on eachother's property.
"Good Neighbors" don't allow their military soldiers to fire on the others border patrol agents.
"Good Neighbors" don't allow their citizens to committ crimes in the others country and then return home to safety.
Personally, I wouldn't mind at all if a couple of "rogue" citizen groups started shooting at the illegals they catch sneaking into the country. It might send a very strong message to the rest of them.
