He says he is not saying it was not a prank but later in the interview, CNN pressed him on that. He said that he -- he does not read the DRUDGE REPORT, not part of his regular reading and, quote, it sounds like a piece of fiction...

CNN REPORTER: He did say that, but important to note he says he is not ruling it in or out.

The fact that this "victim" felt compelled to hire a lawyer strongly suggests that it was a prank and he fears prosecution.

The way I see it, when someone will "neither admit nor deny," that's an admission. Obviously, if the allegation were false, the person would simply deny it, or to use Jones' words "rule it out."

It;s not just that he hired a lawyer, it;s the fact of which lawyer he hired. Not every little punk 21 year old can hire Stephen Jones, a VERY expensive Criminal Defense Lawyer.
