DNC supports vets...but from which country? (Show Canadian troops on DNC site)

A military guy e-mails a weekend website blooper:
Thought you might be interested in posting this. The DNC website has a page called Veterans and Military Families where they purpo[r]t to care about the welfare of US troops. Unfortunately they couldn't even find a picture of a US soldier to post on the page. The picture in the Get Involved frame is not a US Army uniform. The soldiers in the background are not in a US uniform either.
My military correspondent says the uniform in the DNC photo...is Canadian. Is he right?

Shows you how idiotic these people are that want to lead our nation. They support our troops but could not identify them if the saw one in uniform. Absolutely pathetic. Kinda like,........where is Waldo!

Even I can tell this isn't a USA uniform!
The crown on the epaulette of the soldier in the foreground kind of gives it away. That's definitely not an American uniform.
I'll leave it to others more expert than I to find other details.

Definitely Canadians. The cap badge is kinda fuzzy, but it's a Canadian badge, just don't know which one. The Commonwealth countries have a million of 'em.
First guy has the Special Service ribbon, 12 year service ribbon, and the General Campaign ribbon. Next guy has jump wings and two bars on his service ribbon, and what looks like the Order of Quebec. Can't decipher the others.
They're all wearing poppies because it's Remembrance Day.
