Rove's October Surprise: North Korea Tests U.S. Nuke with Code Delivered by Bush 41
The New Yawker | Monday, October 9, 2006 | Gary Sicko and Psy Hersch

Posted on 10/08/2006 8:52:08 PM PDT by kristinn

It can be exclusively reported that the nuclear weapon tested by North Korea today was a U.S. nuclear warhead supplied by Karl Rove in a plot to preserve Republican control of the government in the November elections.

Our sources in the Pentagon tell us that a warhead destined for destruction under the ABM treaty was substituted with a dummy warhead and spirited to North Korea this summer with instructions to wait until the detonation code was delivered by a secret messenger before the election in the fall.

An observer in Pyongyang informed us they witnessed former President George H.W. Bush depart a supersonic SR71 Blackbird plane at a military airbase just outside the North Korean capital. The father of President George W. Bush was seen to be carrying a black briefcase with the presidential seal and a tennis racket.

The witness says the tennis racket was part of a cover story in case his trip was found out: He planned to say he was going to engage in "ping pong" diplomacy with North Korean President Kim Jong Il.

Karl Rove's 21st century October surprise exceeds the ruthlessness displayed by the Reagan team in 1980 when then Vice Presidential nominee George H.W. Bush conducted a similar secret trip to Paris to delay the release of the American embassy personnel being held hostage by the Iranian government until after the presidential election that year.

When we asked one of our Pentagon sources if President Bush was in the loop on the nuclear October surprise, he laughed uproariously and said, "Hell, we're still teaching him how to pronounce 'nuclear warhead' let alone what we do with them."

Unless the Repubs screw up further, NK has just handed the 2006 mid term elections back to the Repubs for control of House, Senate, and Presidency.

He had to replace a fuse in the Rove-a-Tron 2000. Apparently there hasn't been enough foul weather and when they looked, sure enough, the weather circuit had tripped.

Good job, warlord. But as funny as this was, the real things are going to be funnier.

Gotta go get my popcorn...

Unless the Repubs screw up further,...

You mean like GWB trying to pocket-veto the border fence legislation?

You're bad, really bad. Unfortunately, we know the Democrats will see weird conspiracies here. That's how their minds now function.

DU has already theorized that it's a coordinated effort between the White House and NK. Seriously.

They are already trying to pin this on President Bush. This was posted at DU:

"Dems condemn North Korea's nuclear test. Cite Bush failure of diplomacy"

That should our united theme over this crap on North Korea.

I've monitored DU since their NK thread was 1st posted. They're afraid this will knock the Foley story off. They've also speculated (jokingly?) that this is a Rove/Bush October surprise and they feel this is all W's fault because he won't talk to Kim and Clinton/Albright did. Bush has had 6 years and is to blame for NK getting nukes.

My worry is that Iran will now feel emboldened.

Because clearly an ex-Congressman's dirty e-mails are more important than a bunch of psycho's getting nukes. </sarcasm>

Once again demonstrating our high caliber media.
