Cindy Sheehan's "Peace Mom" Losing to Patriotic Counterpart!
While Cindy Sheehan has more than had her 15 minutes of fame and a platform to tell the world her views on the war effort, those who lost a son/daughter in Iraq or Afghanistan but who SUPPORT the war on terrorism have not been afforded the same opportunity - UNTIL NOW.
On Monday, October 16th, Melanie Morgan (Chairman, Move America Forward; radio host on KSFO 560 AM - San Francisco; columnist for WorldNetDaily) and Catherine Moy (columnist, Vacaville reporter - Cindy Sheehan's hometown newspaper) release "American Mourning - The Intimate Story of Two Families Joined by War, Torn by Beliefs."
The new book breaks new ground by revealing shocking truths about Cindy Sheehan that have never been reported. These disturbing facts undermine the image of "Mother Sheehan" that many in the mainstream media had tried to paint.
Most compellingly, "American Mourning" offers a potrayal of another American family that lost a child in the war on terrorism - Joe & Jan Johnson of Rome, Georgia. Their son, Justin, dies one week after Cindy Sheehan's son, Casey, died. And to make things more amazing - Justin and Casey were best buddies in the U.S. Army.
But unlike Cindy Sheehan, Joe & Jan Johnson honored their son and his sacrifice for his country. In fact, Justin's father, Joe, re-enlists in the Army at the age of 43 and goes off to Iraq to fight the Islamic militants who had killed his son.
Is it any wonder then, why Sheehan's "Peace Mom" is getting clobbered in the sales charts by Morgan & Moy's inspirational "American Mourning"?
Check out the sales ranks for yourself - it's not even close. And for the past few weeks, even though their book had yet to be released, Morgan & Moy were still outselling Sheehan's "Peace Mom."

My son, U.S. Marine Michael Jason Williams, lost his life in the war against terrorism. I share that in common with Cindy Sheehan. I also hail from Cindy Sheehan's hometown - Vacaville, California.
But that's where the similarities end.
I have chosen to speak up and speak out IN SUPPORT of our country and the fight against Islamic terrorism. This will be a long and difficult battle. The enemy is fierce, and they have been allowed to enhance their abilities and develop new techniques to kill and maim for over 20 years now, with no nation really making it a priority to stop them - until now.
I teamed up with Move America Forward last year to go to Crawford, Texas as part of the "You Don't Speak for Me, Cindy" tour. I lent my voice to this radio ad urging support for the men and women of the U.S. military during the holiday season. Listen to the clip here. As a proud American who put in 5 1/2 years of service to the United States Navy (including serving during the Vietnam War) I feel I must stand with those who serve today.
I have also joined Move America Forward on their national bus tour that culminated in a big pro-troop rally in Washington, D.C. Here is a picture of me at a news conference where I demanded that Cindy Sheehan stop using my son's name in her advertising against the war. Ms. Sheehan refused to honor my request, disgracing both my son and me.
This past week I heard news reports that Cindy Sheehan was being considered for a Nobel Peace Prize. Can you believe that? The woman who has called terrorists "freedom fighters" and who attacks our troops, our military and our Commander in Chief was considered for a Nobel Prize.
Instead of a Nobel Prize, how about we all rally together and help send a message to the world that Cindy Sheehan doesn't speak for us!?! There's a really easy way for us to do this right now.
A brand new book that counters the negativity of Cindy Sheehan is about to come out. It tells the stories of Gold Star Families, including myself, who love and support our military men and women and who are committed to the fight against terrorism.
This great new book is called, "American Mourning," and is written by Melanie Morgan (Chairman of Move America Forward, host on KSFO radio, columnist at WorldNetDaily) and Catherine Moy of the Vacaville Reporter. I consider Melanie to be a dear friend (here is a picture of the 2 of us together at the big 9/11 Commemorative Event) and I am hoping this new book is a huge success.
We can send this book to the top of the Bestsellers List and make it the talk of the nation. We can get the OTHER side of the story told. My goodness, Cindy Sheehan has had her story told for almost 2 years, can't we Gold Star Families who SUPPORT what our children did get just 2 weeks or 2 months to have our voices heard?
Please - go order this book right now. With the holidays coming up you can also order additional copies for gifts. Maybe you have someone serving in the military who would appreciate knowing that Americans do honor and care for them. Or maybe you have a liberal, anti-war friend who can read "American Mourning" and get their much-needed education on the real Cindy Sheehan.
Thank you for supporting the honorable men and women of our Armed Forces. With Thanksgiving and Christmas coming soon it will become a bit lonely for some of them, being so far away from family and friends.
Please keep our military personnel in your thoughts and prayers and support them and their missions. They'll do the rest, and they're damn good at their jobs!
Respectfully Yours,
Joseph Williams
And then stomp on what's left for the next 2 years?
My favorite part:
Please keep our military personnel in your thoughts and prayers and support them and their missions. They'll do the rest, and they're damn good at their jobs!
So True!!
I wish to add my thanks for posting this. As my son and nephew are fighting against these Islamo-facists in Iraq, placing their lives in harms way to defend us here at home, I would like to add my voice to those against the Cindy Sheehan's of this country.
May God watch over all our brave troops as they fight to preserve our freedoms and liberties.

Cindy who ?
She doesn't rate my attention.
Cindy what ?
Thank You !
I can not say any more.
You as a parent have given the ultimate sacrifice and all I can say is Thank You and G-d Bless you and your son.
This was from EMAIL.
bttt
Ping for Jason Williams!! Thank you for serving!!
I was at the Crawford Tx meetup when Cindy Shehag covered an entire building plot. (1/8th of an acre). And in contrast miles of vets, supporters, Americans showed their loyalty to the USA.
The media has not shown the truth and the media will never admit that the majority of the USA support out troops.
G-d bless our troops and Thank You.
Yes I can. Just look at the recent list of "Nobel Piece Prize" winners, and you'll see it's as totally worthless as those who win it today.
Just another institution rotted out by liberal termites. Burn it and start over.
All of this Nobel Peace prize nonsense will probably make Cindy Sheehan's rambles a sought after book in Europe.
Fortunately, Americans are already showing some sense in avoiding her book and getting the pro-troop book by Morgan and Moy.
