Spanish king denies shooting drunk bear
My brother would never do such a thing! He's far too handsome to shoot inebriated bears.
(And too busy ogling the bears' pretty female keepers, I'd bet.)

Oh, come on now: just grin and bear it.

If anyone asks, I haven't shot or killed a drunken bear recently, either.

Mitrofan, whom Starostin described as "a good-natured and joyful bear" was taken from his home at a local holiday resort and brought to the hunting place where they "generously fed him with vodka mixed with honey and pushed him into a field," the newspaper quoted the letter as saying. I can't believe it, Don Juan shot Yogi Bear. Yogi was always looking for human handouts and was the easiest of targets to get drunk and take advantage of. RIP.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen Ted Kennedy in the news lately.

Actually, I think it's a Sailing Whale, native to the Hyannis area, known for its liberal tendency to spout great quantities of nonsense after drinking copiously.

Drunk Bears are really a problem unless they get into a fight at a FBI shooting range north of Chicago.
