=:- )
I have never been so angry at a media report in my life. I actually shed tears when I first heard that CNN had done this.
The CG there has said CNN's embedds should be removed immediately. I agree.
I sent them 4+ emails.
I'm beginning to think it's going to take more than emails, letters, articles, boycotts, etc.............
Media Research Center not all that long ago summed up ALL the evening newscasts time spent on awards for valor was 50 minutes and change, not even an hour.
No doubt you're right. They think they're above it all and not accountable for anything they do, that's what burns me up! When I sent my email I hit the "negative" comment button - they probably didn't even read it. Although I sent a negative one to Jack Cafferty a few weeks ago and he actually emailed me back personally, LOL!!! Boy, he must have a lot to do, haha! His email asked me if I was that judgmental to everyone, I sent one back saying no - just dimmiecraps, CNN and him.
Please remove me from your ping list.
Good article. Thanks for posting it.
CNN has "pushed the envelope" and opened the gates for other agenda driven media to follow suit. Their despicable airing of terrorist propaganda encourages the production of more videos at the expense of our Military men and women.
I don't understand how a military officer could sit back and not be turned off one bit by the CNN reporting. Could you imagine Oliver North on CNN? In his mind the men and women of the armed forces are the salt of the earth, true heroes and he exudes it from every one of his interviews. How can the others be so flip about it. It's quite disturbing actually. I don't watch CNN ever, nor have I seen the clip.
He is afraid of ratings. not that he is afraid of islamofascists. that means he isn't on our side.
Someday the mother of a CNN reporter will get to watch their childs head explode, before they know they are dead. What goes around comes around.
I sent my objections through the Glenn Beck show 'contact us' CNN Web page, telling Glenn I like his TV show but as long as he's associated with CNN, I wont be watching it anymore, but I'll still catch his radio show.
So you ranted about it, BFD! What are you or anyone going to do about it?
THE ANSWER IS EASY FRIENDS ,BOYCOTT CNN, AND LET ITS ADVERTISERS KNOW YOU ARE BOYCOTTING THEM TOO. TRY IT. IT WORKS.
I sent some emails today doing just that, and let CNN know (through an email) I intended to do so.
I spent 13 months in Iraq and saw death close up and am so disgusted ith CNN that I wonder why they are still in our country. I invited them to leave the country and take Ted Turner with them. I used my military address and did get a form letter back telling me that the do read all e-mail. That sure made me feel better. JessM
Last week we had a couple of the walk on water conservatives posting and citing an oped by Lou Dobbs as a reason not to vote this November.
I posted a link to CNN's Sniper outrage and noted anyone citing CNN as a reason not to vote was not a conservative.
A few days later, I am even more incensed that pos pseudo conservatives push BS from CNN during the first showing of the Islamofascist sniper killing our young men.
If I was the Dad or Grand Dad of one of those American Warriors in one of the CNN snuff videos, CNN execs would be paying dearly for their treason.
I could not have said it any better.
