Will Deval attend the Nov 2 get-together? Naah, I didn't think so either.
Below: Kerry Healey poses with something that illegals will get should Deval win. (Deval said "illegal" the other night then caught himself and said "undocumented" instead.)

I was talking to my kid earlier today about "Free 'em All". He is really upset, I have options, because I am an aged person, he doesn't, he wants to strangle Christie.

I have a relative whose brother-in -law is serving a 35 yr sentance for a very heinous rape. He can't wait for Deval to get elected so that he can get a new trial. Scary, huh?

Camille Paglin on why Air America failed...

http://www.salon.com/opinion/feature/2006/10/27/paglia/index3.html

And continued on to the next page...Paglia says that conservative talk radio is what Dems should fear, not Fox News, and that conservatives have been successful because they create talk radio people want to listen to,
radio that actually makes money. She says that considering her party (D) is "the party of Hollywood"
it's amazing AAR didn't result in entertaining radio. She says Rhodes has "monotonous kvetching"
and as for Franken, " I can't listen to him for 30 seconds without falling asleep. A voice like molasses and never a fresh idea.""

Is this some kind of new rock band?

"Comedian Bill Cosby, opera singer Beverly Sills, country singer Johnny Cash, and news anchor Connie Chung are starting a band, but they need a name. If you can think up one, write to 'Cosby, Sills, Cash, and Chung' c/o Weekend Update..."--Jane Curtin, SNL...

Howie has some vid clips on TheBrothersBulger.com ...will try to grab some of them and upload to YouTube. Here is one he did on The Factor, right around the time Kevin Weeks' book on Bulger was promoted on 60 Minutes IIRC...

I heard that! Apparently the Globe endorsement appeared the same day. Maybe it's self-interest -- the Kennedy machine is notoriously vicious.

Someone of his (his lt. gov. person?) was on the morning show. I wanted to strangle him too. I guess they're going to court to prevent a debate only between Deval Patrick and Kerry Healey. Utterly obtuse -- this guy was as bad as Mihos.

Meanwhile years ago Ted Kennedy tried to put the Herald out of business. (These days he's "expressing concern" that the Globe may be laying off some trust-fund-baby staffers of theirs). So he gets the endorsement of the paper he
tried to squash...It's enough to make you wanna throw
up on television, as former Boston City Councillor Albert L.
"Dapper" O'Neil would say...

>>Teddy had one of his crapulous Senate pals sneak a late-night rider into a Senate budget bill to force Rupert Murdoch - whom Ted kept calling Rudolph Murdoch - to sell both papers if he wanted to retain his more-profitable TV stations in Boston and New York. With his bill of attainder, Teddy was willing to put maybe 1,500 people - mostly blue-collar, almost all union - out of work just to choke off different voices. So much for celebrating diversity.

Forget the trial. With Deval in the corner office, tell them to expect a full pardon!

I guess they're going to court to prevent a debate only between Deval Patrick and Kerry Healey

Their rationale is that it's unfair to Pissy Mihos and Chunk Ross. They're afraid that their guy, who's ahead in the "ahem ... polls" by a supposed 25% margin, will be discovered for the true moonbat that he is.

Pissy Mihos is a distraction and a straw, and Chunk Ross is there to scare the bleep out of the Dems. Get rid of both of them, and you'll see Deval is so full of crap that you can literally see the dog s#@t fumes when he speaks!

Lawrence man charged in slaying of 25-year-old woman
By Globe Staff

A Lawrence man pleaded not guilty this afternoon to murder charges in connection with the death of a 25-year-old woman.

Cesar Polanco, 41, was ordered held without bail and sent to Bridgewater State Hospital to be evaluated for mental competency, according to Essex District Attorney Jonathan W. Blodgett's office. He is also charged with assault with intent to murder and assault and battery.

At the arraignment, prosecutors said that police responded to a 911 call at 11:52 p.m. Thursday night on Cross Street in Lawrence and found the woman in the bedroom with massive facial injuries, not breathing, and without a pulse. The woman, whose name is being withheld until her family is notified, was taken to Lawrence General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 5:02 a.m. today.

An autopsy will be conducted by the state medical examiner's office to determine the cause of death, Blodgett's office said in a statement.

Woman struck by car, seriously injured in Medford
By Sarah Kneezle, Globe correspondent

A 78-year-old woman was seriously injured after being struck by a car at the Salem Street rotary in Medford this morning, State Police said.

The woman, whose name is being withheld until her family is notified, was allegedly hit around 9:30 a.m. by a Honda Accord driven by Paulo Lopes, 53, of Revere, while in a crosswalk near the on-ramp to Interstate 93 south.

She was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital. Lopes was uninjured in the crash.

No charges have been filled and the cause of the crash is under investigation by the State Police. The rotary was closed for about 15 minutes and the I-93 ramp for about an hour.
