Who appropriates over $1/4 billion per year to them? Why, it's none other than the so-called, pro-life, Evangelical Christian, Devout Catholic Congressmen, who year-after-year, over $1.3 billion in the Bush administration so far, more than Clinton, VOTE TO FUND PLANNED PARENTHOOD included in hugh appropriation bills, HR 3010. Every year the Christian republicans vote for death, fund death, fund condoms in schools, fund anal sex education for teens.
