Guilty, repressed, catholics with psychological, sexual damage who don't want to act out their psychosis (homosexuality). They become priests and don't find a traditional psychiatrist who can help them with this PSYCHOLOGICAL problem, they remain homosexual.
Should not be hard (no pun intended) to find the "root". It's attached to a Priests mid section.
Bear in mind that the abuse is almost exclusively statutory rape of gay teenagers by gay priests. Priests don't have a lot of contact with young boys.
Yeah, too true. And the worst of it is that Catholic's everywhere outside the seminaries and the left-wing of the Church (those advancing women priests, married priests and homosexual marriage in the Church) realize this and get little traction within the Church. Young Catholic men report that some seminaries are so filled with homosexuals that they "weed" out conservative straight men from the priesthood. The end result (no pun) is that fewer priests come into the Church in America then elsewhere and those that are at least tolerate homosexuality.
Teachers are preying on their students because teachers are required to be celibate.
Politicians are preying on their pages because politicians are required to be celibate.
Bosses are preying on their secretaries because bosses are required to be celibate.
etc...
