It doesn't 'tick me off when someone flips me off if traffic' or honks at me and I never react at all. There is no point to it. I couldn't care less what they think. You, OTOH, aren't able to keep yourself from predictable reactions to the acts of others and think that is entirely 'normal'.

Here's how it works folks. If you are white, you cannot use the word "nigger" in any context, be it comedy, as a slur, or in any other mannner, period. If you do, you will be attacked by guilty white liberals and blacks alike. Your career will be ruined forever and you will be branded as a racist for the rest of your life. Again, this is if you are WHITE. Now if you are black, you can use the word "nigger" as often as you want, in any context, and use it towards anybody including white people. Not only will a black person using the word "nigger" be accepted, he will be rewarded for using it, in particular by the guilty white liberal establishment including Hollywoood and the music industury. Take for instance the vile black racist "Ice Cube" who was part of the racist anti-white rap group "Public Enemy" who used to rap about killing all white people, killing white devils, killing white crackers. For all of the hate that this racist has spewed, he has been rewarded with a lucrative career in Hollywood working for and with the "white devils" that he wants to kill. But of course Ice Cube is black and Kramer is white. Here is some more of the hate rap that other blacks racists (like the vile "Ice Tea")are rewarded for. The list goes on and on. My post was to point out that the response of the Black hecklers was sweet nectar compared to the vile effluence from Richards and those that try to excuse him.

False. Here's a George Carlin routine from 1990 (contains extremely harsh language). That's from a show that's still sold as a CD on Amazon and still re-airs on HBO from time to time. His career wasn't ruined, and he wasn't branded a racist.
Richards isn't in trouble for merely using the n-word, any more than Mel Gibson got in trouble for merely calling someone a Jew. They both got in trouble for going off on a hate-filled racist tirade.

It's not ok because Jesse Jackass is a bad guy. It's not ok because Chris Rock uses the word in a different way. It's not ok because the media has a double standard, and goes after some people harder when they screw up. It's not ok because the word has benign origins.
It's just mean, and demonstrative of an attitude of dislike or hate by the person who says them, as well as something that evokes hard feelings by the person to whom it is directed, and to any person of that race who is within hearing. Any black person in that audience would have been offended, not just the heckler. That's the difference between attacking the heckler as a heckler and attacking him as a black.

Most conservatives are people of good will and want a color blind society.
